Everything from the accommodations to the hospitality and food exceeded our expectations. This was our second visit (first visit being November, 2025), and the experience was consistent in all the right ways between the two visits. Nataly goes above and beyond to cultivate an environment filled with community, entertainment and authenticity. Will definitely be back!

Truly amazing experience
Everything has been incredible. We arrived February 21st, so the day before the events in PV occurred. However, the resort handled everything well, but I'd like to say more about how the staff handled it, which is beyond amazing. Unfortunately, the morning shift got stuck here that night. They did everything just way better than they needed to. Still had smiles on their faces even though they were probably stressed about their own lives. Still serving us, which just felt wrong on our part that we were still on "vacation" when there were real world events happening. The staff were just exceptional! We would not hesitate to come back and we hope that people continue to come and support this wonderful resort and the people who work here. A few names I would like to recognize from my week: Victor has been the best waiter at the pool bar, absolutely incredible, Alberto was amazing as well when we had him. We didn't personally have Manuel or Carlo as waiters, but we saw them around and spoke with them some. Due to the resort being empty, we were able to just talk with more people and it was really nice. At the rooftop bar Rafael, Carlos, and Gabriel were all amazing. Every one of those guys has been so attentive the whole week. At the restaurants, we had Yandy as a waiter multiple times and he was so sweet and amazing. We also had Eliud and he was great as well. For breakfast at Lia everyone was wonderful: Marisol as the host always had a smile and was so sweet. We had many waiters while we there and everyone was phenomenal. Truly everyone was great, I'm sorry I can't name everyone, but I never had bad or even not great service anywhere. The entertainment team at the pool Nathaly and Abigail were fun as well. I had two amazing massages from Margarita, I can not say enough good things about those massages. Dylan and Roberto were our local hosts and they were very responsive and able to make our reservations and answer all our questions we had. I can't wait to return to this resort and Puerto Vallarta in general. Other than the one day, you'd never know what happened. I've been here before and it truly felt just like normal after the one day.

Excellent stay at Unico 20 105 Hotel Riviera Nayarit
Our host, Carlos Miranda was excellent and was always ready and responsive to all requests, even after a series of unfortunate events took place in Puerto Vallarta outside the resort. Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. Others who made the stay enjoyable included Nataly at the Aqua Workout, Abigail for le loteria and bingo and David, our bartender. Eugene was a fantastic server at the Mexican restaurant and Hector made the best habanero salsa ever! Poolside staff always made sure we were fed and watered. The food choices at the Mexican, Japanese and Italian restaurants were fantastic and the meals delicious. We will certainly be back again and will request Carlos Miranda as our host.

We were extremely happy with the quality of food and service during the day at the pool. The service was really good. The rooms are nicely appointed and beds are comfy. Dinner options are limited with 3 options and the Mexican was not good. Left 2 options for 6 nights and a stagnant menu. We ended up offsite a couple nights. The breakfast service was awful. We were always waiting on coffee and the cups were tiny. The whole experience was so unorganized. We voiced our concerns and they brought in the night manager one morning and they functioned much better. The next day it went right back to what we pretty much experienced all week. This resort isn’t worth the cost in my opinion. We went to Unico Riviera Maya in July of 2025 and loved the experience. We wouldn’t go back to this resort unless it was deeply discounted.

Great time at Unico 20 105!!!
Great experience for a friend’s wedding despite a truly stressful situation in Puerto Vallarta. Eduardo B at the Unico 20 105 is amazing and the most responsive customer service provider ever!!!!
