If you’re considering booking TRS Coral, take this as your sign to go. I stayed here with friends, and the experience exceeded expectations in every way. This resort truly offers the perfect balance of relaxation and fun—whether you want to unwind or celebrate, it somehow does both effortlessly. From the moment we arrived, the level of care stood out—especially for an all-inclusive. At reception, Erick Romero was fantastic and personally coordinated our swim-up room upgrade, making the process seamless and stress-free. His warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. We added premium amenities, including the PTC Experience, and it was absolutely worth it. Carlos Juarez and his incredible team—Rogelio, Jorge, Carmen, Iván, and Andres—created an elevated experience at both the PTC pool and beach. Everything felt thoughtful and easy: drinks were always flowing, requests were handled quickly, and the hospitality was consistently exceptional. Carlos leads a team that truly cares, and it shows. The beach in Costa Mujeres was stunning—soft sand, beautiful water, and a calm, pristine setting. It’s easily one of the best beach locations in the Cancun area. One small but memorable detail that made us smile daily was the sweet black cat on the property, who was incredibly friendly and felt like a little mascot during our stay. The absolute highlight of the trip was CHIC Cabaret, where we celebrated a friend’s birthday and surprise engagement. Thanks to Carlos coordinating with Aida, the show’s manager, we had VIP seating that made the night feel extra special. The performance was incredible—our jaws were on the ground the entire show. The energy, talent, and production were unforgettable, and the meal was the best of the trip. Our servers, Jorge and Geovani, brought amazing energy and even danced with us, fully embracing the celebration. CHIC is a must. We stayed in room 2030, a swim-up suite. While the swim-up itself was a bit on the smaller side, the room was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Our butlers, Karime and Misa, were consistently warm, kind, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. A huge thank-you as well to Vera from housekeeping, who kept our room impeccable and always made sure we had plenty of water—such a thoughtful touch. Dining at El Gaucho was another standout. Santiago provided excellent service and spot-on recommendations, and the manager checked in to ensure everything was perfect. The outside skirt steak was outstanding and highly recommended. We also spent time at the Zentropia Spa, where Santiago guided us through a peaceful, beautifully curated experience. Everything felt calming and rejuvenating, and the rooftop pool is absolutely incredible. When we weren’t in the PTC areas, we spent time at the adults-only TRS Coral pool, where Andrawy, Lorenzo, and Ladis made our days even better. Andrawy, in particular, stood out every single day—his energy, attentiveness, and genuine kindness elevated the entire experience. The team helped with cabanas, made sure we were always comfortable, and joyfully joined in celebrating my friend’s birthday with champagne showers and fireworks. Across the resort, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for in a way that’s rare—especially at an all-inclusive. TRS Coral clearly takes pride in creating meaningful, memorable experiences. Any upgrade you choose, including the PTC Experience or Bali beds, will only enhance an already outstanding stay. I would absolutely return and sincerely hope to see many of these wonderful people again.

This was our third consecutive year at TRS resort. The property is beautifully maintained inside and outside. The restaurants are excellent, both the cuisine and the service. Our favorite server at El Gaucho is Eduardo. He was very attentive to our every need. Brought out a special dessert for my husband’s birthday. We didn’t even tell him we were celebrating anything. I think we had our amazing butlers, Bryan and Carlos to thank for that! When we returned to our suite, there was an iced bottle of champagne, balloons and another decadent dessert waiting for us. Our butlers were the best!!! Andres a server at the Italian restaurant was awesome also! My husband had a great experience at the gym, with the help of trainer Alejandro. Our service at the beach was excellent as always, thanks to Ulises. He actually reached out to us, having recognized us from our two previous trips! Great guy!
