This was a great resort - excellent pool, beach access with plenty of chairs always. Drink service was 10/10 and rooms were beautiful. Buffet was great. Jair at the front desk helped us make reservations for restaurants and concierge in our building arranged room service and bringing us extra water, drinks, etc. they went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Caesar with Nexus tours helped arrange a day at Xcaret with private transport and shuttle to the airport. He was so friendly and helpful! We usually stay at Westin resorts and this did not disappoint. the resort is awesome for kids and families- it was quiet, beautiful, and very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

In the world of TRS..this TRS location is a Must Do!!
This resort was wonderful. The restaurants and entertainment were wonderful. The room exceeded our expectations. The gym had plenty of weight lifting and cardio equipment, to include a “stretching cage”. The butlers Jimmy & Benjy were very friendly, helpful, and had a sense of humor. Out room had an issue with hot water but even at 10pm local time..it was fixed and had a quick response and next day follow-up. Another thing that stands out is the number of shuttles. Very short wait time to get to any part of the resort. Yes, there is an adult section however families are here and you will see little humans. 🤭

Best Butlers at TRS Coral
Absolutely beat Butlers-Miss and Freddy. Everyone should request them as a Butler. Truly an asset to the organization.

Our sales group had a trip here and the only issues were the beds being hard and the butler service being hit or miss. We enjoyed the food, pool, beach and events. Vanessa and Jose were amazing!

Amazing 20th Anniversary Vacation at TRS Coral Hotel
My wife and I spent 5 days for our 20th anniversary at the TRS Coral Hotel in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. This was our first time vacationing in Mexico and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were welcomed immediately upon arrival into the check in desk. Our luggage was handled for us and we were escorted to our room, which was the Loft / Jacuzzi suite with Ocean view. Not long after our butler, Frida, checked in with us to get us all settled and to help with our dinner and activities reservations. Frida and Tarek handled our butler duties all week and they were extremely courteous and helpful during our stay. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The building styling and decor, especially at night, is very stunning. We stayed mostly in the adults only TRS Coral section but you do have access to the full Palladium resort which is connected, including the buffets. We split time at the beach and pool area. Both have very adequate shaded and sun options for relaxing, along with attentive waiters to bring drinks and food from the poolside bars and grills. We did utilize the spa and hydrotherapy and it was well worth the added cost. All of the food at the various restaurants was good, and some of it was really good. We had an anniversary dinner on a private balcony at El Gaucho (something part of the premium package we added on at arrival) and it was very memorable. The view was amazing. We also attended the Chic cabaret dinner show and it was very entertaining and had some very good food.It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely return to the TRS Coral hotel.
