This place is horrible. From them not spraying for misquitos (they pinch and hurt) to having the power turn off for 4 hours (which was scheduled but no one told us???? It was the entire property too). This place sucks. So many better resorts for the money. Also the food tastes like they clean with chlorine and all the food has that taste.

We had an excellent weekend at TRS Coral. Alberto and Fernando were great poolside/beachside waiters. Misael and Carlos was great at the Helios club. Gustavo at the Chic Cabaret was great as well. Yessica and Jimmy were the best butlers too.

Five Stars
Just spent a wonderful week at TRS Coral. This was our first time at this property, as frequent visitors to TRS Yucatan, we wanted to try something new, and we’re glad we did. We opted for the Swim Up room and loved it. The beach was outstanding! The resort is smaller and easily walkable. Incredible food. We felt very well taken care of by the staff. Special shout-outs to Butters: HECTOR/IVAN in building two and FRDDY/MISA in building one. A special mention to HUGO, reception manager. Lastly, LORENZO at La Boheme.

Fernando the best at TRS Costa Mujeres Palladium Costa Mujeres. Fernando makes it super fun. We were in room 2048 and Fernando came to us to deliver fun drinks and treats. How nice is that? I need 200 Words for crimeny sakes!

Fernando, the BEST!!!
I had a wonderful holiday with my family. We enjoyed our time at the TRS Pool. Fernando aka Speedy Gonzalez is an extraordinary server at the TRS pool. He was happy to bring us drinks and he always had a smile on his face. Fernando helped make our vacation fun and relaxing:)
