Rude and jaded staff make this the worst hotel on the strip. AVOID this dump!

    - No housekeeping service (called housekeeping 3x at 11am, 2:55pm and 4:35pm). Finally came by at 5:40 as we were showering for dinner. - No hot water on day 2 - No late check out for Gold Hilton Honors member - Nelly the manager slammed the phone down on me after telling me I can “just leave my stuff with the bellman” The property is being torn down soon to make a baseball stadium so staff here has completely given up. They’re rude, jaded and no longer care about a guest experience whatsoever. Best to stay elsewhere - this place is the pits!

    Not that great

This place on on its last leg, the gardens once lovely are now long grass not cut, doors leading into the Trop never cleaned full of marks, it was gross, the room was not vacuumed as I found a pill beside the bed and other garbage, the casino had no drink service in the early morning, had to get a slot attendant to put in our drink order after she found the waitress, the doors leading into the bungalow rooms no longer lock from the outside so anyone can wonder in and there were lots of homeless folks using the washroom at the far end of the casino by the side door. Food was expense.

Horrible Casino - Avoid At All Costs!

I was last at Tropicana Las Vegas on Saturday 5/20/23 where I won from this casino quite a bit on roulette and on Dragon Link with a hand pay on a $10 bet. All was fine until I proceeded to cash out all my winnings via a check from the property. They issued me a check, and after going back to the table game, I was told for no apparent reason that was truthful that I’m no longer welcomed to play any table games at the property any longer. A decision made by the casino shift manager. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. When I came back on Thursday 5/25/23 for my $250 free bet offer with my friend, we proceeded to the casino cage to convert the free bet to free slot play as we always did. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting around, security approached me and my friend, and stated we are no longer welcomed to the property any longer, a decision made by the Tropicana. They read us both the trespassing rights under NV state law, and stated any further attempt to return to the property will result in an arrest for trespassing. My review is to other players that wish to stay and play here to avoid this property at all costs. They clearly evict players that win too much and thus take a check so the casino cannot get that money back. Management is extremely rude, unprofessional and downright disgusting. They do not know how to treat guests, and overall Bally’s Corp. get negative stars in my opinion.

    Dont stay here.

Terrible. Took an hour to check in. Long lines. Dirty and smelly, i got nausea. decoration is really ugly and outdated. No help with luggage. But the thing I could not stand is the smell. The hotel looks old and not clean. Carpet is filthy.

This hotel is awful. Not recommended.

This hotel is way past its best in decor and has little to recommend it. The rooms provide no hot drinks, fridge or microwave. The windows have shutters, no curtains, which don’t block out the light so sleep is hard. If you are mobility impaired , like me, the walk from reception to the tower rooms is huge. No free wheelchairs provided. There is an expensive coffee bar at the base of the tower lifts but it is hardly ever open and has no signage to say when it is. This is an embarrassment to the Hilton name. Not recommended.
