    Enjoyable stay at Christmas time

    We spent a night last weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our trip to see Santa in Bunratty Castle. There is plenty of parking, even on a very busy Christmas weekend. The hotel was decorated beautifully and elegantly for Christmas. We only had breakfast there, but it was a really nice breakfast. The breakfast staff, most notably Raoul, were extremely helpful. We were a family of 5, and the only table big enough for us had just been vacated, and Raoul was over really quickly to clean and reset it. He is a credit to your hotel. We will definitely stay there the next time we are down in the Shannon area.

    Lovely stay

    We had great time friendly staff, my wife uses walking aids and has mobility issues the hotel is perfectly adapted in the bedrooms and loads of space in the restaurant and lobby definitely going to be back
