Will definitely be coming back
The entire front desk team is truly amazing, especially MIRNA. She is exceptional at her job—she helped me resolve an issue quickly and provided great advice about the trolley. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my experience. She truly went above and beyond, and I can honestly say she saved my trip this weekend. I will definitely be coming back because of her!

Easter Brunch
Wonderful Easter Brunch at Arlo at Town and Country Resort. Excellent service by Marley, Yvonne, and Georgia. Food was very good, ambience was festive, and welcoming service.

Hiccup at check in, staff worked above and beyond to rectify
Pros: beautiful ground, very kids and adults friendly, front desks team (Alyssa, ET, Ana, Terenzinha) and activity staff (Jack and a female staff) were absolutely amazing compassionate human being, great DJs, balcony at Palm Building, Marco Polo building have awesome cozy bungalow set up (2 stories only with stairs), carpet-less rooms, decent food at restaurants, a bit pricey but good quality/flavor. Cons: Palm building has motel-feel with the entrance facing parking lot, can be a far walk to main ground/activities depending on your room, housekeeping can be better (saw the floor and thought it wasn’t vac properly, but more evident the next day where the floor was sandy after the kids playing in the volley ball court). Despite the hiccup during check in, we still recommend T&C if you are visiting SD with families. We’ll come back and would stay at the Marco Polo building again. All because the staff names above treated us with empathy and compassion. The hiccup at check in added the overwhelmed situation with managing my family and my elderly parents. We booked Marco Polo, despite 3 heads-up, they didn’t have the rooms for us, and placed us at the Palm building. They were able to move us to Marco Polo and tried their best o make our experience better by accommodating my dad’s needs and I truly appreciate their effort.
