Happy visitors…very happy!
Amazing hotel, amazing staff! This hotel is museum you stay in! It is overflowing with the history of Harland and Wolff. Everywhere you go in the building there are reminders of the buildings history. Then there’s the staff. Conor from the restaurant is the most amazing guy. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to chat and listen. Then there’s Charlie at reception, a young lad with the right attitude and approach. Always smiling and always happy to help. I hope their managers read this and recognise them appropriately. Most of the other staff we great too, but those two guys stood out!

Average
This hotel is well situated for the Titanic Quarter and visiting the Titanic Experience, HMS Caroline and Titanic Distillers. It's a 30 minute walk into the city, or a 10 minute Uber ride. Drawing Office Two is a good place to have a drink and is buzzing. we ate in there one night and the food was good. We also ate in the Wolff Grill and that too was nice. Staff were helpful. The hotel building is very interesting with lots of Titanic posters dotted around. The room however, was a let down. We were on the 4th floor and whilst a reasonable size, the room was gloomy and lacked any atmosphere. The heating was difficult to manage and if you want to dry your hair using the hairdryer, the cable will just about stretch to the only mirror in the room-but only just. There are no dressing gowns provided (which I did find odd for a 4.5 starred hotel) but there are slippers. The bathroom was very cold with no radiator or heated towel rail so towels remained slightly damp and it was cold getting out of the shower. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner was provided, but no body lotion. Breakfast was adequate. Cold coffee from the machine, so ask staff to get you one from the kitchen and limited fruit. Overall, whilst a nice hotel and a good situation, I cannot rate it as a 4 star experience.

Lovely hotel
Stayed at this hotel really last minute, my partner had to work in Omagh so we travelled by car from Yorkshire. The hotel its self is lovely - clean well kept lovely staff. The food in the bar is average. They do full meals but it’s nothing to shout about. The breaks was the same average, I actually didn’t finish it as I didn’t enjoy it. The only main issue I had was the cleaning staff walked right into the room with out knocking, I was stood in just a bra and even though she had seen I was stood there she continued to try speak to me. So I said please close the door I have no clothes on!! We had booked and paid for a late check out, very embarrassing.

An enjoyable overnight stay.
My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a night away and chose the Titanic Hotel because we had heard it was nice and wasn't too far away. It is about a 25 min walk to Belfast city centre or a short glider ride, the bus stop is very near the hotel. David the concierge gave us a very interesting and informative tour of the hotel which covered the history of Harland and Wolff as the hotel was their offices for many decades. The interior design of the hotel reflects the ship building connection and is very well done. The staff on reception were lovely as were the majority of the other staff. The room was clean and very quiet although we only had a view of another building. The Drawing office bar is a lovely bright space to sit and enjoy a cocktail or 2 which we did. We had a diner from the bar menu which was served in the Wolff grill. The breakfast was served in the Wolff grill and was extremely busy as you cannot book a time. Breakfast is mostly a buffet but you can also order items from the kitchen. My friend ordered hers from the kitchen and i had the buffet. It would have been a nicer experience if it was not so busy. overall an enjoyable experience.

Good, bad and dirty.
Three good things about this so called luxury hotel that we paid $450 per night for (USD). The beautiful old building with impressive lobby and photos, the nice size of the room and William…the man who greeted us and took us to our room. The bar is teaming with 16 to 20 year olds making ten pounds an hour. Friendly kids but were never taught the art of service. The 14 pound Caesar salad was the worst we have ever had. I can’t speak for the Wolff Grill because it was their Mother’s Day and we couldn’t get a reservation at a decent hour. As I said, the room was big. I wouldn’t call the bed or the furnishings luxurious, but they do have nice robes, that we didn’t need. No drawers to put things away. No coffee machines (instant coffee packs only). No refrigerator or microwave. But the bad part was it was dirty. Cookie crumbs everywhere. The second day I asked for an extra “can” of water and that they vacuum. They didn’t do either. I can only imagine how dirty the rug and bathroom floors are if never cleaned. Ugh! The location was near the Titanic Museum but it was cold and rainy so we had to Uber everywhere else. I would not recommend staying overnight, especially for the price. I would recommend having a drink in the bar and checking out the photos. There are true luxury hotels in Belfast and with better locations.
