Great cocktail bar in the Drawing room
Popped in to have a cocktail or two at the bar and have a good look round. It looks beautiful and the cocktails were very good and reasonable for that type of location / bar. We had considered staying there but decided against due to location - it’s quite far out from the city.

Beautiful hotel to advoid dissapointment make sure you book drawing room two
Beautiful hotel, fantastic views, friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed, the Titanic decor is amazing, being able to explore the rooms, walk around the old boardroom, presentation room, explore the history. The breakfast was fantastic and I ordered an omlete it was amazing, so tasty. The morning treats in drawing room two were gorgeous, scone was so fresh and tasty. Hotel so welcoming, Nickola was so helpful and friendly. The only thing that let us down was on our last night we went to drawing room two at 7.30pm, having been told no need to book, only to be told that because they had an event and a lot of locals were eating they had no room, we were happy to wait for a table but that wasn't possible either it do put a damper on our last night and had the hotel put up signs during the day telling guests that on this occasion you needed to book, we would of booked, the website and guest director both mention no need to book, while it says first come, first served it also mentions being able to wait for a table which we were happy to do but on this occasion no such facility and with local eating places also being busy we were left unable to go out for a meal. Overall a lovely hotel, well, worth the money, would recommend and stay again if we come back to Belfast But next time I will ignore the staff and insist that they book us a table in the drawing room so that we do not end up with no where to eat on our last night, I get that the locals should be able to eat there too but it's a hotel first and on this occasion they failed to look after their guests, which is why they won't get 5 stars from me, need to do better.

Overpriced hotel outside the city
I came to Belfast to hear a talk about the Titanic so stayed here. The hotel was ok, but service at the bar and in rooms is poor. Should have stayed at the merchant.

Exceptional
Booked 4 nights at the Titanic Hotel through Newmarket Holidays 12th to 16th April 2026. The hotel is Fabulous with lots to explore at the hotel. The corridors and rooms decorated to feel like being on a ship, with dark corridors and pictures everywhere. Also close to the Titanic Museum and the SSE Arena within walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
