Beautiful Hotel and great staff.
We stayed 3 nights at the Titanic Hotel Belfast for my Mother's 90th Birthday party. We had a fantastic weekend. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food was outstanding for the 3 days we stayed there. All the staff throughout the hotel couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I would like to mention in particular Gail and her staff, fantastic customer service during my Mother's Birthday lunch especially with my Mother's 2 month old Great-grandson. Fabulous Hotel, we will recommend to others and will definitely return. Thanks again. Jim & Sandra Martin

Laura the manager - fantastic customer service. Beautiful hotel.
Stunning hotel, fabulous old photos and memorabilia dotted around. We loved the bar and the suites are lovely. Titanic TV ! So cool. Great breakfast. We would like to say a huge thank you to manager Laura for listening to our feedback. We had a very uncomfortable mattress, resulting in back ache and the young receptionist who we told was not very caring or proactive, which was frustrating. Laura was very empathetic, apologised and sorted out another room for us. She went above and beyond and is exactly how a good manager should be. I hope the mattress in the first room gets binned… Laura made our visit much better and as a teacher, I will be using this visit/Laura as an example of fantastic customer service to my apprentices. Thanks to Laure, we would return and I will always remember her kindness. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, very minor quibles
The lack of car parking was a pain and very expensive - £60 for just two days! The car park at the Titanic Centre appeared to be closed so we had to use a nearby car park which cost £25 for 12-24 hours, but we left once for a few hours and so got hit with three fees. I eventually learnt from reception that there was an alternative entrance for when the Centre was closed, but this was not explained on their website. Other minor niggles was that the lighting in our room was very dim and it was difficult to read a book; we struggled to get Tea and Coffee at breakfast (it was 9:30am and clearly the staff were very busy); and there was annoying background sound in the room (an external air conditioner?) that made sleep difficult. More positively we loved the hotel's decor and the room was clean, comfortable and basically as described.

Dreary, drab, noisy and depressing room
We are currently staying here because we attended a function at the titanic centre. I have never in all my years of travelling stayed in a more dreary and depressing room. It beggars belief how anyone got away with designing the interior of the rooms and corridors of this place. I struggled to find a space with adequate lighting to get myself ready and others in my party had similar issues. To top it off there is a loud humming noise coming from outside. I told the front desk who sent a porter to check. The porter announced in a surprised tone that it was perhaps the extractor fans from the kitchens and that he would ask for them to be turned off. The noise is still going on and I have a terrible headache. It is 3.30am. I live in Northern Ireland and can assure any tourist that there are much, much, much better hotels in Belfast. I would hate for anyone to visit our country and have to stay in this dreary , depressing place.
