Just a wonderful stay & experience
Amazing from start to finsh, from time of check in until we left. The staff are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, full of knowledge, beautiful standard room, amazing buffet breakfast. Hotel is full of history and information, just worth taking the time to explore & read everything. Location from Belfast City airport 8 minutes via taxi. Local bus stop taking you into town just across the road. Would highly recommend a visit.

Heading for a cut above the rest...
My husband and I booked a double room superior in the heritage building so that we could have views of Samson and Goliath. No problem with noise and the room on the 3rd floor was adequately comfortable, cosy and warm. It came with no frills which to us was perfect. The building is a gem and every corner has its beautiful history of a bygone era. The photography on the interior walls is exquisite and it helps with telling the story of what Harland and Wolff gave to the whole world. A real tribute to people of Belfast. We missed having a more consistent approach to great customer service, especially with the Reception team. The breakfast team worked really hard to make the experience pleasant for us but we found that the Reception team, who were probably in their 20s and 30s didn't display the experience or training to allow them to make customers like my husband and I feel valued. Their communication was pretty robotic. I think with some investment in this area, the service could match the special beauty of the place. My comments are based on a two night/three day stay Sun-Tues.

A real sense of walking in the footsteps of the Harland and Wolff architects and designers.
The Titanic Hotel is perfectly located in the former offices of Harland and Wolff at the heart of the Titanic Quarter and less than a minute's walk from the Titanic Experience. The former drawing offices and buildings have been sensitively restored and many of the historic details have been retained. It's hard not to be captivated by the care and attention that has gone into creating such a beautiful hotel. There is a real sense of walking in the footsteps of the Harland and Wolff architects and designers.
