Tired
I recently stayed in room 227 at Titanic Hotel Belfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing night. The room itself looked nice, but there was extremely loud noise coming from outside (sounded like large air-conditioning or mechanical units) that went on throughout the night. Because of this constant noise I barely slept at all. I stay in hotels quite often and understand that occasional noise can happen, but this was on another level and made it impossible to get a proper night's rest. For a hotel of this standard and price, I expected a much better experience. I have also taken a video where the noise can clearly be heard, which I will attach to this review so others can understand the issue. I hope the hotel management looks into this problem, as it really affected my stay. I would also appreciate if the hotel could contact me regarding this experience.

Exceptional afternoon tea
We went for an afternoon tea and I have to say that it was one of the best we’ve ever had. The sandwiches were fresh, the scones delicious and the cakes mouth watering. The environment is stunning and so comfortable. The whole experience was made better by Lauren whose attention to detail and service was second to none. We shall definitely return.

Birthday Treat
I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday as he wanted to tgo to ther Titanic experience. We were blowing away when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much hassle. We left our bags at the hotel while we went to the Titanic experience, then we came back to the hotel and done the hotel tour, William was so knowledgeable and we both enjoyed the tour. We were then able to get into our room again this was amazing and a nice little touch was left for my husbands birthday. The meal on the Thursday night was amazing again staff were amazing and the same at breakfast. The only service that let it down was when we were at the bar and having a drink on the Thursday and Friday the service was snail pace and also you felt like the staff were not interested in serving you.

Awful customer service.
Received a call from the hotel when boarding our flight to Belfast at 6pm to advise that we couldn't stay at the Hotel that night, as there was a "maintenance issue" with our room, so they'd booked us into the AC Marriott instead !! When we turned up the next morning, they then said we couldn't check into our room until 3pm, so clearly they were overbooked the night before. Had to ask twice for compensation, and was met with, we put you in the AC Marriot which was like for like cost wise. Failing to realise i had booked the Titanic for 3 nights, not the AC, and that we'd been put out, having to move hotels etc. The manager dealt with the situation very poorly. Would really recommend Belfast as a weekend vacation, lots of sights / exhibitions and the people are very friendly, just don't stay at the Titanic, it's expensive and we weren't treated very well.

Amazing venue for our annual conference
We held a citizenship education conference here over the weekend - and it was just fabulous from start to finish! The most beautiful venue, amazing food (from breakfast through to conference dinner and everything in between) and fantastic rooms. But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff - every single staff member we encountered over the weekend was professional, friendly and clearly proud of where they work (and rightly so). A special HUGE thanks to Gail and her team - cannot thank enough! And of course a big shout out to Charlie who was so friendly, helpful and chatty with all our participants from helping with luggage, check in and check out - and even last minute sorting us with extra chairs. Everyone at the conference agreed that this was just the most special venue. And for network that has been running for over 20 years with conferences across the UK and Ireland, we all agreed this was our best ever venue. Many many thanks.
