The perfect hotel in the perfect location
Check in was a breeze. Lobby was beautiful. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite was amazing. Everything was clean. Our views were wonderful—overlooking the Napa river. We even saw 2 sea lions in that river (apparently in search of salmon). The bedrooms had comfy beds and were very roomy as were the bathrooms. A full kitchen including a full size fridge came in handy. The dining room seated 6. The living room was a nice size as well. This suite had lots of room to spread out. The entire property including the bar and pool/hot tub area was clean. The location of this property was fantastic—literally steps from oxbow market which is an awesome place. It’s within easy walking distance to many tasting rooms, restaurants and shopping in downtown Napa. If and when I ever return to Napa, I will definitely stay at the Westin again.

Pleasant stay
Nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and clean. We stayed in the premium 1 bedroom suite. I loved it! 2 bathrooms, 2 closets was perfect! I stayed here June 2023 and 2024 for Jazz getaway and both times were great. The property is well kept and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. I have been in contact with Vanessa Ho (conference service specialist) via email. She is timely with her emails and quite helpful!! See you next year!!!

Early Check In & Great Stay
This was our first stat at the Westin in Napa & will not be our last. It was recommended by a friend that had recently stayed there as well. I had called the day before our arrival to see if the possibility to check in early was an option. Our flight from home (Long Beach, CA) was arriving early in Oakland at around 9AM and we had a whole day of tastings ahead of us. The representative was so friendly on the phone and assured me that if I called when we arrived they should be able to accommodate and if not, they could hold our bags for us. Upon arrival, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and grounds of the hotel (as right across the street from the Wine Train if that's something you're interested in doing). Valet was friendly upon arrival also. We were able to be checked in due to availability of course, at 1030! Our room was on the ground floor facing the river, it was perfect. Bed/pillows were super comfortable, towels soft, etc. Love the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the mornings as well. The pool area was clean & well kept. The walking path is right outside of the hotel which was great for the morning/access to eats/spots in the area. Model Bakery is walking distance as well as the delicious Gott's and Fillipi's (which we ate at both after two long days of wine tastings!) The hotel is so centrally located- it was the perfect stay for us and our two days in Napa. Can't wait to return!

Do not recommend staying here-bad customer service and poorly maintained facilities!
We stayed at the Westin Varasa for 1 night after spending 3 amazing nights in Yountville. We were very disappointed with the Westin - early in the evening we discovered that the toilet did not flush. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone only to find out it didnt work so we sent a chat on the website to let them know. After waiting quite a while and sending a follow up text, for a maintenance person to come and fix the issue, the night was now getting quite late so we werent even able to go out and see all that downtown Napa had to offer. Went to bed and approximately 3am the room phone starting beeping every 10-20 seconds. We tried to assess why it was doing this but werent able to so once again at around 5am we reported it via chat with the hotel and were told that a maintenance person would be up when they arrived that morning - we checked out of the hotel at 11am and no tech was ever sent up. We mentioned these issues at check out so the next party in that room would not have the same issues, and the gal just smiled and said “oh that doesnt sound like a good night”….no kidding! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I’m sure there are much better hotels in downtown that take care of their rooms and their guests. Very disappointing experience and we would not stay here again.

look at the itemized bill
Watch out for the $25 amenity fee they tack on to the room bill when you checkout Refused to charge back. We parked our own car and did not use any "amenities". General manager refused to discuss this with us. Nice place though, but definatley would not go back.
