    Handy LAX location

    Great location if you're flying in/out of LAX and you might spot as celebrity or two. We saw Ashley Simpson, Evan Ross and their cute little kids.

    Here for the game! Not Hollywood

    This is a solid hotel. The Daily Grill portions are enough to share. The room was "roomy" with service daily. Starbucks coffee downstairs. Got a complimentary noon checkout. Friendly. The best part is the shuttle service to and from the airport, and you can purchase the shuttle to and from SoFi. Easy Uber to local attractions.

    Worst Experience Ever

    We used the Westin Park and Fly for a trip to Cancun recently. On the way out everything was great. However once we arrived back at LAX, we waited for well over 2 hours for a pick up, we actually eventually gave up and ordered an Uber to take us to the Westin to pick up our car. Once we arrived and tried to speak to them about it, they claimed no one was at the terminal for pick up and their driver waited over 10 minutes for people, which was a lie. I then asked why they stopped picking up the phone and then they said they had so many calls they couldn’t answer…so which is it…your drivers were waiting with no one to pick up or you’re so far behind on pick ups you can’t answer the call. I had my 3 young children (8,6,1) and elderly mother (80) with me as we stood outside waiting. Our flight landed at 8:00 PM and we gave up waiting at 10:45 PM. We weren’t the only people either, others that had been with us for our lengthy wait, actually gave up waiting and started walking. In the time we waited for pick up, we saw 12 Hyatt Regency buses, 8 Sheraton and Marriott buses and at lease 6 Holiday Inn buses. Additionally absolutely no one at the Westin gave a damn about any of it. The people managing it lied, the front desk didn’t care and the supervisor of the whole disgusting operation told me to pound sand and it wasn’t their fault because those other hotels are “much closer”. For anyone who can read a map, they aren’t, the Hilton is the closest, but the Westin is the next closest. Worst experience ever, we will never stay at another Westin again, not for our business travel or our personal family travel. Absolutely disgraceful how my family was treated.

    Large, clean rooms with great transport offering

    Large, modern rooms with high level of cleanliness. Staff efficient and friendly throughout. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service which was prompt and on-time, a rare experience. Spacious design throughout. It is almost impossible for a hotel of this size and nature to offer a truly five star personalised service, it fulfils its purpose as an airport hotel perfectly.

    Huge Complex

    Overall atracks rated 9.1/10. Room: 9.1/10. Clean. Good bathroom. Gym: 8.3/10. It’s serviceable. They have enough cardio equipment and weights up to 50 along with a pulley machine. Misc: Sleek interior, good bus service to the airport. Cost $148 and up.
