  Great customer service

  The front desk staff and every individual I interacted with had the best customer service skills. The Westin club staff was wonderful and housekeeping was so polite. Improvements: The club was limited in choices of items for breakfast, but it was not bad. Some of the rooms need new sheets due to wear, but the beds were clean. The bathroom floors may need a little attention in terms of mopping, but overall it was a great experience and a clean place to stay. The safe didn’t work due to dead batteries. Strengths: The best customer service and recognition of Marriott status. Plenty of bars and restaurants are available inside the hotel with awesome views of the LAX runway. Noise from planes was not an issue. The Topgolf Suite downstairs also would have been fun had we had time to try it out. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible, better than many other Marriott hotels I have previously stayed at. I would stay there again.

  Layover

  I had a layover from my business trip nothing bad but nothing outstanding. Would stay here again if I have another layover but might try another hotel. They did have a nice business bar which was a plus.

  Pleasantly surprised

  From other views my expectations were so low, but they blew it out of the park, besides the lack luster club lounge food. Beautiful updated comfy room although bathroom could be a bit more cohesive with room and hotel theme. Nice high floor upgrade as titanium. Gave a resort feel. I had an issue with my door lock which was promptly addressed. Was able to pick up packages easily. Parked via sp*thero in the adjacent lot for $20/day. Courteous staff. Ate at the Daily Grill twice. I would recommend to anyone coming through LAX!

  STAFF NAMED SEAN IS RACIST

  I’ve stayed here plenty of times, as well as done airport parking here many times. Always a good and easy property to stay with. UNFORTUNATELY this morning I can’t say the same, I arrived this morning and was approached by a lobby staff member named Sean harassing me and demanding I give him my room number. When I told him i wasn’t checked in he was telling me I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom in a very snob approach. To the GM of this hotel, this isn’t the type of person you need hanging around your lobby greating guests. Guy has an attitude like he hates his job. Again I’ve never had an issues at this property or any other hotels at that matter, I don’t even leave reviews but this guy really pissed me off. If he’s coworker Todd Is reading this, next time speak up and correct your co-workers when they are out of line instead of walking away.

  Great Staff and Very Welcoming Friendly

  I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation after being at the hotel for a little over 20 days now. Extended stays can be hard — the comfort of home is missed — but your staff truly makes a difference. From the front desk to the restaurant team and so many others, everyone has been consistently kind and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Hilda, our housekeeper. She is truly a gem. Hilda checks in every day, is thoughtful about timing, keeps the room feeling fresh and clean, and always does so with a genuine smile. Her kindness and positive attitude brighten the day more than she probably realizes. Hilda displays all the qualities that make guests feel cared for and comfortable, especially during longer stays. She is accommodating, attentive, and a wonderful representative of your hotel. Just a friendly reminder to everyone staying for extended periods — saying thank you and showing gratitude goes a long way, and it truly works both ways. And of course… #tiphousekeeping 🙂 Please pass along my thanks to Hilda and the entire team. It has not gone unnoticed.
