  Huge Complex

  Overall atracks rated 9.1/10. Room: 9.1/10. Clean. Good bathroom. Gym: 8.3/10. It’s serviceable. They have enough cardio equipment and weights up to 50 along with a pulley machine. Misc: Sleek interior, good bus service to the airport. Cost $148 and up.

  Friendly staff, nice room and good value

  Due to the insane heavy traffic in the LAX loop, we missed our flight and ended up staying in LA for one more day — and I’m so glad we chose the Westin. We checked in with Ines, and she is truly one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely caring. She walked us through every Marriott Bonvoy elite benefit and clearly explained the inclusions of the destination charge with a warm smile, which came with two drinks at the lobby bar and a free 30-minute indoor golf session. She also took the time to look through all available rooms and offered us the best upgrade possible since we had just gone through a stressful airport situation. Her kindness really made a difference. The hotel has been recently renovated, so most areas feel new and modern. Despite being very close to the airport, the room’s sound insulation was impressive — we barely heard any plane noise at all. The room was also very clean, with a comfortable bed, a good-sized TV with all major streaming options, and thoughtful touches like the signature Westin lavender roll-on. We were assigned a corner room with both airport and city views, which made the stay even nicer. There’s an elite lounge for Platinum members and above that serves complimentary sodas, snacks, appetizers, desserts, and breakfast during scheduled hours. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The reason for the missing star is the service in the elite lounge. The staff member there was quite rude — when I asked about the wines and beers in the locked fridge, he bluntly told me they weren’t complimentary. And when he was clearing plates, he took my friend’s but skipped me without asking if I was done. Also, the jacuzzi in the pool area wasn’t heated (not sure if it was broken or turned off), and some wall outlets in the room felt old and weren’t updated during the renovation. We checked out with Ines again, and she genuinely cared about how our stay went even though it was just for one night. Because of her hospitality, we will definitely be back.

  Great stay for early LAX flight.

  Great choice for early morning trip out of LAX. Full service restaurant plus a lobby bar. Plus Top Golf simulators in the lobby. Plus the Westin Beds are the best.

  Excellent refurbished property by LAX

  Only stayed for 1 night because I had an international flight departing Labor Day and wanted a reliable property close to LAX that I could relax and easily shuttle over to term B the following day. The Westin delivered on many aspects, I love the club floor rooms facing the runway. The flights landing are more entertaining than annoying to me. If you not to hear he soft noise of air traffic then as for the opposite side. The renovation was truly needed and it is amazing.. Pristine property w/ an amazing lounge that provides the warmest service. The only slight hiccup you might encounter are some of the rude JetBlue employees they let use the Westin Club Lounge as they utilize this property for their stopovers it seems. Otherwise it’s a flawless property from shuttle, to check in/out. and of course the Westin bed !

  Westin never disappoints!

  Awesome service for our overnight stay! Love that the free shuttles run 24/7 to and from the airport! We stayed over for the maroon 5 concert and the guys at the bell desk were super friendly and even recommended a 3rd party shuttle service to and from the concert which we were so grateful for bc it was super easy, quick, and reliable! We were going to lyft it but definitely think the shuttle service was the way to go! The beds were incredibly comfy as they always are at Westin which again speaks to why we always stay at Westins! But also check in and check out were crazy fast and simple! Thanks Westin for always being on top of things!
