Everything was perfect! We are definitely returning ASAP. Highly highly recommend Ruth and tge heavenly treat spa package. Worth every penny, you will walk away completely renewed, relaxed, feeling like your on a cloud. Manuela was the best waitress always a pleasure at breakfast!!! Santiago as well!! Martin always helping on the beach probably the most hardworking and valuable employee on the beach. Everyone was fantastic. The fish and dock, beach, snorkling are incredible.

Ocean views and excellent service
Stunning ocean views from every room. Staff is very helpful and attentive. The on-sight reefs are filled with fish. Restaurants offer multiple choices at a fair price. Concierge is spot on and taxis are readily available for quick trips into town.

Cozumel winter get away
EVERYONE we encountered working at the Westin Cozumel was GREAT! I am hesitant to list names because I know I will miss someone. Dining over the water was the perfect way to start the day. Thank you all!!!

Fernando at the Westin is the absolute best!
Fernando at the Westin was incredible. We has a party of 15 with 5 kids under 10. He made everything amazing. From outstanding reservations at fantastic restaurants, to setting us up with our own on call driver van driver Chuy, to making life easy and flexible at every turn. We had the presidential suite and the front desk was very lack luster with helpful accommodations but everything we needed Fernando single handedly took care of without any hassles ever. He is normally at the taxi stand and if you work with him your trip will be outstanding. Thank you Fernado for making this such a memorable trip!

This place is a joke. I was charged almost $300 for a stay I never checked into. Before the trip I asked how cancellation worked and never got a clear answer. I followed up more than once and was ignored. After that I started getting different stories. One person says the charge is non refundable. Another says it is from a rate change. No one can give a straight answer and no one will provide a real breakdown of the charges. Customer service has been just as bad. Emails go unanswered. When they do respond they get basic details wrong including my name. It feels sloppy and disorganized from top to bottom. I made a good faith effort to figure this out ahead of time and got nothing. Then I get charged anyway for a stay that never happened. This is easily one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. It completely killed any trust I had in this property and honestly in Marriott as a whole. Stay somewhere else. This place is garbage.
