My husband and I tried for the first time The Westin all inclusive. We have been to Cozumel many times at all inclusive resorts. This is our new favorite. The check in and out was quick and simple with no time share trickery. The resort was small and beautiful. All, and I do mean all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Gilberto at the front desk. Our room was on the 9th floor. It was on the smallish side but perfect. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. Each day it was cleaned and replenished to our liking. My only complaint, if you can really complain, was it was cold. I know right. This never happens in Mexico. We had to daily turn off the AC to warm it up. The pool was nice and never too busy. The water was very cold. The pool on the Sky Deck was beautiful. Both were maintained well. The beach was good. Plenty of chairs and great service from any chair. Last but not least the food. We are not foodies but have been burned recently in Cozumel at a different resort. The food was way above our expectations. Lots of choices and great tasting. We tried all options- both restaurants, snack area at the pool, and room service. We had good food in all the areas. We plan on returning to this resort and bring friends and family. W

The best massage ever!
I didn’t stay here, I only booked a massage. Gillian instantly went straight into my top 5 therapists she was amazing (and I’ve had hundreds of massages around the world). I chose a deep-tissue session and it was exceptionally professional, precise and absolutely superb.

Relaxing vacation in paradise
Traveled to Cozumel to spend vacation with kids and close friends. Beautiful place to stay, hospitality is great, food is tasty, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve stayed here at least five times and can’t wait for my next visit.

We will be back!
My husband and I were patrons of the Westin Cozumel from Dec. 7 to 14th Room 1003 (no balcony). We loved the peaceful and intimate hotel. With just two restaurants we got to know all the servers very well. They were the highlight of our vacation. They were always smiling and pleasant and patient with my husband's attempts to learn Spanish words. Loved breakfast and lunch at the Gaviotas Restaurant with servers: Xochiti, Paloma, Jorge, Margarita and Manuela. Dinners at Cuzamil with servers: Daniel, Meseros, Rosendo, Adrian, Ananias and Hilario. We shouldn't forget the beach servers: Alex, Virginia (Vicki) and Ferando. Our room was always cleaned promptly and beautifully. I should mention that this was our 3rd visit. Although there have been many changes since our first visit, we are never disappointed and believe we get a great deal every time.
