I had an outstanding experience my whole entire stay and their leadership treats repeat guests like family.
I had an outstanding experience on my recent stay there. The Front Office Management and General Manager are very welcoming and treat their Platinum guests with great respect and your loyalty matters to them. The club lounge offers evening self service wines and you can order spirits and cocktails from their concierge teams who approach you at your table. They have a self service coffee machine and sodas open from morning until closing. They are very caught up to date with the artificial intelligence and a unique feature is that housekeeping can determine when you are not in the room for the daily housekeeping service. The swimming pool area has retreat style loungers. The property is very conveniently located near the waters where you have access to the ferry’s and a lot of botanical gardens and commercial shopping areas. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance. This is definitely a property that I would stay at again.

Exceptional First Westin Experience in the Heart of Brisbane
I have not previously stayed at a Westin property, and needless to say I was very impressed. Firstly, this property is very well situated, located in the heart of Brisbane's central business district (CBD), close to river, botanical gardens, and within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and Queens St mall (shopping district). I was booked in for a single night stay in late January this year, and from the moment the front of house greeted me, I could tell that this hotel prides itself on perfecting the guest experience. Check-in was seamless, and I was welcomed with big smiles and enthusiasm. A big kudos to the team for doing their very best to allow for early check-in, this was greatly appreciated. As my original booking did not include breakfast, I was very impressed and grateful that the staff added this (complimentary) to my booking - free of charge. This definitely is a great example of 5-star service, taking initiative in ensuring your guest has a comfortable and memorable stay by going above and beyond. Thank you again Westin! This was further topped off with an upgraded room - which was more spacious, elegant, refined and had a great view of Brisbane CBD. The room is very well appointed, clean, with a very comfortable king bed, and all your required amenities. Overall, the property has a very calming atmosphere, with excellent facilities including a really large pool, and well equipped gym. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a very large selected of hot and cold options, including great coffee! The Westin is great value for money - I would highly recommend staying at this property, whether it be for a staycation, holiday, or a business trip.

Excellent Stay at Westin Brisbane
We had a SUPER 5 night stay. Lifetime Titanium w/comped upgrade to a renewal suite. Fabulous. Hotel is in a GREAT location, accessible to ferry east and west, and to botanical gardens and the city. Just GREAT. Diana in the executive lounge was very attentive and helpful. Food in the lounge was OK, but we have had better on our 2 month trip from the US to Australia/NZ, as other lounges had prawns and sushi on some nights (but maybe they do and we just missed them). The lounge has complimentary wine, beer, and liquor, but not mixed drinks such as Aperol spritz (which they have at the Marriott Docklands). Also had complimentary breakfast at the restaurant Settimo, which was also GREAT. They make your eggs to order, and a fabulous buffet spread. Would not hesitate to stay here again or stay longer.

Exceptional service and luxury – exactly what we needed
We booked The Westin Brisbane last minute after relocating from another hotel due to a very poor experience the night before. After what we had just been through, we were absolutely blown away by the service, professionalism, and luxury of The Westin Brisbane — both the staff and the property exceeded our expectations. We booked a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed as we were travelling with our daughter, we expected the sofa bed to be located right next to the bedroom, but were pleasantly surprised to walk into a large foyer area with the lounge room to the left and the main bedroom to the right, separated by a spacious bathroom. This layout gave all of us more than enough room and privacy, making the stay incredibly comfortable for a family. The fold-out sofa bed was already made up when we arrived, which was a lovely touch, but when our daughter went to bed, she realised there wasn’t a doona on her bed. We sent a request down to room service, whom responded swiftly, bringing one up straight away, and insisted on coming into the room to properly make the bed nicely for her. They also offered any further assistance and even asked if they could get us water for the room. The kindness shown made us feel genuinely cared for and never once like we were asking too much. The bed in the main bedroom was divine — incredibly comfortable and generously sized, with the main bedroom providing plenty of space to put our bags without them being in the way. We also took advantage of the swim-up bar, which is open from 12noon until 4pm. After the few challenging days we’d had, enjoying a cocktail in the pool was very welcomed and much needed. The staff at the bar were lovely and even gave patrons advance notice before closing so everyone could place last orders — something they didn’t have to do, but it really showed how much they cared about guests having a great experience. From start to finish, this stay was a breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend The Westin Brisbane to anyone looking for comfort, space, and outstanding service.
