  Excellent Stay at Westin Brisbane

  We had a SUPER 5 night stay. Lifetime Titanium w/comped upgrade to a renewal suite. Fabulous. Hotel is in a GREAT location, accessible to ferry east and west, and to botanical gardens and the city. Just GREAT. Diana in the executive lounge was very attentive and helpful. Food in the lounge was OK, but we have had better on our 2 month trip from the US to Australia/NZ, as other lounges had prawns and sushi on some nights (but maybe they do and we just missed them). The lounge has complimentary wine, beer, and liquor, but not mixed drinks such as Aperol spritz (which they have at the Marriott Docklands). Also had complimentary breakfast at the restaurant Settimo, which was also GREAT. They make your eggs to order, and a fabulous buffet spread. Would not hesitate to stay here again or stay longer.

  Exceptional service and luxury – exactly what we needed

  We booked The Westin Brisbane last minute after relocating from another hotel due to a very poor experience the night before. After what we had just been through, we were absolutely blown away by the service, professionalism, and luxury of The Westin Brisbane — both the staff and the property exceeded our expectations. We booked a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed as we were travelling with our daughter, we expected the sofa bed to be located right next to the bedroom, but were pleasantly surprised to walk into a large foyer area with the lounge room to the left and the main bedroom to the right, separated by a spacious bathroom. This layout gave all of us more than enough room and privacy, making the stay incredibly comfortable for a family. The fold-out sofa bed was already made up when we arrived, which was a lovely touch, but when our daughter went to bed, she realised there wasn’t a doona on her bed. We sent a request down to room service, whom responded swiftly, bringing one up straight away, and insisted on coming into the room to properly make the bed nicely for her. They also offered any further assistance and even asked if they could get us water for the room. The kindness shown made us feel genuinely cared for and never once like we were asking too much. The bed in the main bedroom was divine — incredibly comfortable and generously sized, with the main bedroom providing plenty of space to put our bags without them being in the way. We also took advantage of the swim-up bar, which is open from 12noon until 4pm. After the few challenging days we’d had, enjoying a cocktail in the pool was very welcomed and much needed. The staff at the bar were lovely and even gave patrons advance notice before closing so everyone could place last orders — something they didn’t have to do, but it really showed how much they cared about guests having a great experience. From start to finish, this stay was a breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend The Westin Brisbane to anyone looking for comfort, space, and outstanding service.

  Standard Westin experience

  Titanium member on points booking. Booked base room and was upgrade by ACU to Club city view. We arrived early at 11am and the room was already ready, check in was smooth and was done in about 5 minutes. The room is pretty standard for a Westin, nothing to rave about, but has all of the function and facility you need. Club lounge is good, good presentation for the happy hour both in terms of drinks and food. Breakfast was in the Italian restaurant and has some interesting Italian breakfast options, but otherwise pretty standard breakfast options. Overall a good experience, on bar with the other Westin I have stayed globally.

  Great offering, not cheap.

  Great location in central Brisbane. Valet parking and luggage unload/delivery on arrival was seamless. Check-in was efficient, and the room had a good view over the city. No river view, but a view of the city nonetheless. Comfortable spacious room, generous bathroom with shower and seperate bath. Decent amenities. The drinks at the poolside and in the bar were good if a little expensive. The pool is great for a central city hotel although does get busy at the weekends. This part of the hotel has less of an upmarket feel. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - full, full buffet with great options on every segment. We were here last year and came back, and will likely return. Great offering, not cheap.

  The perfect city hotel, comfortable luxury with Italian dining touch ✨

  My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at the Westin Brisbane, and it was a perfect stay. Spacious and clean rooms, smooth check in with attentive staff, and great breakfast selection (Italian style). The location of the hotel is fantastic - walking distance to many great spots to eat and stroll around. They also have a well equipped gym and pool area. Thank you for making our stay in Brisbane so memorable ✨
