Surfing was cultivated in our backyard and the lifestyle it embodies is central to who we are. Waikiki is famous for its beautiful beaches and we’re steps away from them. But you’ll be just as drawn to the timeless charm and laid-back vibe as the The Twin Fin Hotel welcomes you here.

We’re a retreat. A place to relax and take in the beauty of Waikiki’s iconic sights and rolling swells, from sunrise to sunset. We’re a gathering place to connect with others and share memorable, meaningful moments. We’re a hub for discovering local music, art, and a lasting connection with our island community. And with stunning, front-row views of Waikiki Beach, we’re a place to reflect on the events of the day. And plan the adventures that lie ahead.

    Very disappointed

The air conditioner didn't work that great! The door didn't lock, under the bed dusty. And to top it all off I bought some Passion/pineapple Marmalade and some coconut butter from a local farmer market to bring home but house keeping decided they wanted it for themselves so I came home without my souvenir. When I reported it to front desk it doesn't seem like they cared and because their is no physical evidence and when I asked for a manager, she took her time so I said just forget it. You guys didn't want to give me the 35 bucks I paid for the jam and butter which I feel is owed to me

    My favorite hotel on waikki

Twin fin is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in honolulu! My family and I have stayed at different hotels near waikki and Twin Fin is my favorite. The room was a little outdated but the rooms are clean, hotel staff is very friendly including front desk , housekeeping and valet. They have water dispenser in lobby. They have a rental station to rent chairs , umbrellas and more for just a deposit and the best part the hotel is right across the street from the beach. The AC in room worked fantastic also the fridge kept our food and drinks cold! Keep up the good work Twin Fin I'll definitely be back

Worst hotel experience I’ve had to date

Had to get a fan from maintenance as our AC didn’t work well and was hot and humid in our room to the point my husband didn’t sleep well our whole stay. Also, two hours after we checked out I received a text from the hotel that I had forfeited my $500 deposit as the “sensor” in the room detected we had conveniently smoked mere minutes before we left for the final time after no issues with that all week. I nor my husband smoke-THC, nicotine, vape, etc. We gladly asked for THC and nicotine testing as we knew we had not smoked in the room, but of course was denied that and told tough luck. The manager, Amber, then called security as she didn’t like us asking questions and could not give us any answers would just say “I can’t make those decisions.”

Stay away- twin fin is basically lip stick on a pig of Waikīkī hotels and it shows

Stay away- book the Marriott or Hyatt - this is new Coke of Waikīkī hotels 1. Hotel smells like weee throughout 2. Pool is effectively a baby pool with little sun until 4:30 pm each day 3. Rooms are outdated and not like pictures 4. Pool towels ran out throughout stay 5. There are 2 free stand up paddle boards for hundreds of guests- get ready to pay despite at 60.00 resort fee- 6. Tiki bar onsite is a third party company- no happy hour specials at pool and bar itself is underwhelming with little views If you want to over pay and under receive- this is the hotel forum you.

    Perfect location and great amenities!

The location is the best part. The view from our ocean front was beautiful, and we spent several hours just siting on our balcony staring at the water. The walk to the beach was literally straight across one street, super convenient. We liked that you could check out three complimentary beach items, so we got 2 chairs and an umbrella most of the time we were there. The room was perfectly adequate, what you would expect from a regular hotel. The shampoo and stuff were all pineapple scented which was nice. You could walk to anywhere in Waikiki in 10-20 minutes. If we come back to Oahu, this is where we will stay again!
