Back from a great week at the Inn at Grace Bay with our two kids. Everything was perfect. The unit was well equipped and the hotel is so conveniently located. Short walk to a beach and very close to several good restaurants. Ariel and Jane are very welcoming and provide excellent service. We were completely satisfied to have chosen this accommodation and we would stay here again. Thank you

Another great visit to Provo and stay at the INN
The Inn is a very nice 18 spacious/clean condo type units we very much enjoy year after year! On arrival Ariel, the exceptional totally amazing property manager/concierge, greats every guest with a magical welcome! Ariel, with his charming personality, attends to any and ALL your needs. He ensures that every guest is happy at all times! You can start your day with his charming “Good morning” salutation while he serves you coffee, croissants, or muffins by the pool! The units are very well designed with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and patio. We very much enjoy having our meals on the patio with a beautiful view of the pool and surrounding garden with beautiful palms and flowers etc. The Inn really has all you need to have a perfect relaxing holiday and being less than a 5-minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean! We have been going to the INN for several years! And always look forward to going back! Tremendous and Enormous Thank you to the Management Leslie, Ariel and Jane for their continuous outstanding Customer service and attention to details! The Inn would not be the same without you! Nice quiet boutique style resort
We were very happy with our 10 day stay . It is a boutique style resort, very quiet, with a nice pool and a spacious suite. We appreciated having umbrellas and chairs in the suite which we took with us to go to Coral Gardens for snorkeling. Always space around the pool and appreciated the chaise lounges allocated for our resort on the beach about 4 minute walk away. So close to everything: convenience store, grocery store and many restaurants. Ariel, manager booked a rental car for us which was delivered to us and picked up afterwards. Enjoyed lunches on our balcony overlooking the pool on the second floor. Our only wish was that we like having a bathtub but only showers.

Excellent Value at Grace Bay
We spent a very pleasant couple of weeks here in late January/early February of 2023. The Inn is located at the beginning of Grace Bay village, located close to several excellent restaurants and the Grace Bay Gourmet grocery market is within a 15 minute walk. The building is modern (early 2000’s). Security is by entry code, with a latch type system once you’re in the room. Parking spaces are adequate (we never saw it full), but unsecured. Note that the units are individually owned, so comments regarding facilities may not apply to all units. For the one bedroom unit we had, living room size was more than adequate, with a large balcony with room for a table for four, in addition to a chaise lounge. I was a little concerned about sunlight on the balcony (we were on the top floor), but with the angle of the sun while we were there, there was always shade available. Bedroom size was adequate, with a large dresser and a full closet with several hangers. We particularly appreciated the two luggage stands – something other accommodations should provide – what couple travels with one piece of luggage? The king size bed was comfortable, with no “lumpiness”, albeit a little soft for our preference. The bathroom was adequate, with a strong and straightforward shower and modern elongated toilet. A personal pet peeve of mine is bathroom sink stoppers that don’t hold water, and squeaky doors. The Inn at Grace Bay passed both tests with flying colours. The outdoor areas were very pleasant and well maintained, with a good sized pool for the size of the property, which was cleaned twice weekly. Grace Bay beach is a five minute walk away. The unit was very clean, although my wife felt it could use a “deep cleaning”. As others have noted, the furnishings of the suite were somewhat “shopworn”; that said, it was obvious that the unit had been recently painted. Lighting in the living room was good overall, but I’d suggest marginal for reading at night. Wi-Fi was excellent. Our unit also had two flat screen TV’s, one of which was a smart TV, which included Netflix and Amazon prime availability – very much appreciated! A full constellation of TV channels was available, including the major U.S. networks, as well as CBC, City TV and curiously, a Vancouver BC CTV station, so we could keep up with the miserable weather at home. On screen programming was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, with microwave, induction stove, dishwasher. Complete set of pots and pans, with plates and cutlery for 5 or 6 people. Fridge was set to keep beer at the right “frosty” temperature. The washing machine and clothes dryer worked well, with simple operating instructions, not the indecipherable hieroglyphics some Europeans use. Air conditioning was amply provided by remote control ductless systems in both the living room and bedroom areas. Several quiet ceiling fans circulated the cool air. I’d be remiss not to thank Ariel, the resident manager. He’s a great asset to the management company running the complex, and was very helpful in meeting all our requests. I’d highly recommend this condo for an excellent value vacation on Turks. A few minor negatives. A set of instructions for use of the two remotes required for the TV would have been handy. As others have noted, there will be some noise during the week at the office building being constructed across the street; we didn’t find it overly annoying. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom. It would have been handy to have a small wheeled carryall to bring groceries back from the supermarket- the wine gets heavy in the tropical heat!

Fantastic second stay at the Inn at Grace Bay!
This is our second time staying at the Inn at Grace Bay, and we are already planning our 3rd visit! Ariel does a great job with breakfast & helpful suggestions about things to do/see around the island. The condo was very clean & had lots of towels, and every amenity we could have wanted. Even has a fully kitchen! This visit we even used the lovely pool a few times. The grounds are gorgeous, and proximity to the spectacular beach is great. For the price, I don't think that you could find better accommodations at Grace Bay. Lovely restaurants & a liquor store are just a short walk away, and everything feels very safe.
