    Great stopover

    We stayed here on a stopover on our way home. Service, property and value were excellent. There was great flexibility with odd arrival and departure times. The pool area was efficient but sufficient for relaxing and swimming. We will use also in the future.

    Exceptional Service Always

    St. Regis Downtown is a great hotel all around, but the service really stands out. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well managed. It was especially nice to see senior management present and visible in busy areas like the restaurant — that kind of hands-on involvement really shows how much they care about the guest experience. The rooms were always cleaned on time and kept spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. Ahmed at the front desk deserves a special mention. He was absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The only slight disappointment was that the complimentary tea and coffee prepared by the butler service is no longer available, which used to be a lovely touch. Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay with excellent service and a warm, polished atmosphere.

    The most wonderful staff

    My family and I have stayed at the St. Regis for the past two weeks, and I felt compelled to write a review specifically about the pool staff. Throughout our stay, four gentlemen - Milan, Depak, Nissant, and Ali have truly stood out and made our trip even more special than it already was. They are consistently helpful, polite, and genuinely wonderful people who bring a sense of happiness and positivity every time we visit the pool. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, whether it’s helping us find a pool bed, taking food orders, or simply checking that we have everything we need. Their attentiveness and kindness go above and beyond, and they provide a level of service that is truly top-class. Thank you to Milan, Depak, Nissant, and Ali for being absolutely outstanding and for making our experience so memorable. Susie.

    Great hotel!!

    Nice hotel with a relaxed and high-end feel. Check-in was thanks to Caryll at the reception. Loved the room and the vibe of the place. Genori cafe was a great bonus too! good coffee and cozy atmosphere. Will definitely come back once I visit Dubai again soon!

    George was amazing -Great Stay in luxury

    my experience was great.. the customer service is on another level. Room was upgraded to river view which was breath-taking at night.The staff made sure we were comfortable. George was amazing. He knew my name and always addressed me respectfully.. opened the doors, made sure we had a taxi if we needed one. He is kind-natured & professional. Room service orders came promptly. I will return soon
