Love this hotel! The food was decent. Pool was fabulous. Drinks were a little watered down. The hotel is in a good area for walking and a short drive from the airport.

The hotel is fine, but I was disappointed in the customer service. I confirmed my bill and details the night prior to our departure, knowing I would be leaving early the next morning. Upon check out, I discovered additional unwarranted fees added to my bill. The manager would not remove them, even though his staff member and my confirmation confirmed my amount. Fees are file when warranted, but the last minute additions are frustrating.

Wonderful hotel for families or business travelers
The hotel is exceptionally clean and caters to both family and business travelers. The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive. The rooms are meticulously maintained, and the pool area is inviting. Guests can rent cabanas for added privacy. Pool towels are readily available. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including a gym and spa. Additionally, a convenience store is located on the lobby level, providing a wide range of last-minute necessities, from snacks to bandages and allergy medications. While the hotel’s pricing may be slightly above average, it is worth noting that the coffee shop in the lobby serves exceptional lattes. The bar in the lobby area also enjoys popularity in the evening. I would certainly consider returning to this hotel in the future.
