    Noisy

    Put in river view rooms instead of garden view. Very noisy in hotel event forced a move of room after going to bed and 50% refund of both rooms booked. First room was tired - bedroom and bathroom substandard. Poor attitude of night staff to complaint. Refund has not processed

    Good experience at One Twenty One Two Restaurant

    I spent an amazing time at the Royal Horseguards Hotel with my family. We truly enjoyed the beautiful ambience of the hotel and the wonderful Christmas spirit, with live music in the lobby, a generous breakfast buffet, and fresh, delicious food. The staff were kind and warm, especially Timea and Thomas, the restaurant manager, who looked after us exceptionally well. He took the time to talk with my family and made us feel very comfortable, welcome, and truly cared for.

    Fantastic service great location

    Happy with everything wonderful staff and amazing location. Ricsic from breakfast was fantastic Thomas and Amir was very helpful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance and concierge team were very helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

    Birthday Lunch

    Excellent venue. Good for a special occasion, or celebration. Excellent choice and fantastic food. Big shout out to Tanya, our waitress, who was friendly, charming and gave great service, particularly in relation to gluten free options.

    No hot water in a 5 star hotel

    Very disappointing to have no hot water in the evening so went to bed without shower/wash No apology . Indeed nothing
