    My favorite place

    Our concierge Eriol was waiting for us and guided us through out the week. He was so helpful with the dinner plans and activities for the week. He was so kind. Thank you Eriol ! Top notch service. We loved it so much we’re going back next year! We highly recommend this resort! Very clean, excellent food. There were no pesty bugs. 5 stars for us Blaine & Darcie

    Another great stay at the Palma Real

    This resort never disappoints. We have been coming here for 20 years and it still a great place to visit- we had a great meal at Flora- and the service is always great- everyone at the resort is always pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are great and the food is always good.

    Blew my mind! Can't wait to come back!

    This hotel blew my mind and is definitely worthy of its five star rating. Everything from this hotel was gorgeous: the room, the landscaping, and especially the pristine pools. I am a clean freak and this hotel exceeded my hopes on that score. Also having walked 10 miles of coastline in total while I was there I can say honestly the beach at this hotel was the best setup. I loved the multitude of dining options all different types of cuisine and all excellent! And finally I can't say enough about the service! Everyone was so kind an polite, especially our concierge Basilio, guest services Antonio, waitress Rosanna, and room Taura.

    Great atmosphere

    Caesar is the best!!! Food was good, service was better. Will be back. I do not recommend the gnocchi. It was good, but only two shrimp in the entire dish. Steaks were not cooked as ordered, but Caesar made it much better. Excellent service, nice atmosphere, ok food!

    Great helpers

    Carlitos and Soranyi were super helpful at the pool and I felt like a celebrity with all their attentiveness they gave us. I would recommend coming to this resort because of the great service here!!! I love Punta Cana.💕☺️😍👙🩱🩳👑☀️☀️🌴🌴
