We had the absolute best time at the Paradisus Palma. The weather was gorgeous, the resort was clean, modern and well maintained. The food was delicious and variety was amazing! The activities offered by the resort allowed for both rest/relaxation as well as fun and enriching experiences. But the absolute best part of the week was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. Every staff we interacted with worked with a smile on their face, hoping that they could do whatever it takes to make our week wonderful. Special shout out to some of the best: Milton, Frank, and Louis. We will definitely return!

Excellent experience
Beautiful resort. Thank you to my butler Franklyn for making it possible to check in and out with ease! Also Franklyn sent the daily activities which is so useful. I loved the variety of pools and places to relax. I recommend the reserve section of Palma Real resort.

First of all I would like to say the staff here are incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, ask you what you need to make your experience better, check in with you and take care of you and your family/friends. BIG shout out to Yason at the Teppenyaki restaurant, to Luis at the buffet, to Yurina at the buffet *my favourite lady at the entire resort* (Yurina goes above and beyond and is the sweetest and most hard working person I've ever met), Rosa Maria at the Sports Bar, Haron at the pool/entertainment (absolute stud and great person!), to Yessica at the buffet, to Maria Super at the Ginger Bar, to the beautiful ladies and gentlemen at the Blue Azul bar (incredible people!), to Julia at the pool bar *best pool server ever* to Latissia at the bar *incredible smoothies and drinks* etc and I wrote this review my memory as these impacted me so well. ALL of these staff members are amazing! To the management, do better at taking care of your staff and giving them time off and taking care of your customers! Overall, great place to stay, great golf, spa, pool, restaurants, customer service and drinks. Thank you Paradissus Palma! 😍 Jason C

Blue Agave Delicious
Our conciere arranged reservations at the Blue Agave Mexican Resturant. We were treated like royalty everone was great. Vitrudes our server and Santos are who to ask for. They offer excellent customer service and the food is delisioso!!!!

Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Resort
Cannot say enough Praise for this Resort. from the front Sales office ,Restaurants,Pool Staff, House Keeping. They cannot do enough for you! We went in January 2024 and November 2024 will be planning to go back Early Summer 2025
