Dec 19, 2025⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Breathtaking 50th Birthday at Paradisus!
I returned to Paradisus in the Dominican Republic to celebrate my 50th birthday, and after seven years away, I can say it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the front desk provided an immediate, warm welcome that set the tone for the entire stay. The highlight of my trip was being paired with the most amazing concierge, Alam. He is truly exceptional. Alam has an incredible spirit and a way of making you feel like his absolute priority, even though he was managing several other guests. He ensured every single one of my needs was taken care of with genuine care. Alam’s level of service "caused an uproar" in the best way possible—he truly made the experience memorable. Anyone lucky enough to be helped by him will be well taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful and breathtaking. It was the perfect backdrop to commemorate my 50th birthday. I had a truly amazing time and I will absolutely be back!

Loved our stay!! <3
Service: The service was incredible, all the staff are amazing. A special thank you to Samuil at the front desk who was incredibly welcoming, offered fantastic recommendations and made our experience so much better! Also a big thank you to the guy at the omelet station on the far right side of the buffet (did not get his name) but he was soo friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. The eggs were soo perfectly made! :) Location: Perfect location, our room was in the middle section (per request) and we were super close to everything. The beach and pool are a 2 minute walk from the main building. Rooms: The rooms were very clean and amazing, we had the basic garden view room with a king size bed and it felt so luxury. Definitely worth the value. Noise Level: Quieter resort and not as many beach venders as other places have which was super nice. Beach: Super clean beach (they clean seaweed even before sunrise so by the time people wake up in the morning, everything is so perfect). Less vendors on the beach than other resorts and much quieter here. Unlimited towels and no card rules so this was super nice. There were always chairs available so did not need to wake up super early to occupy seats.

Our experience was exceptional.
We just arrived home from our unforgettable three-week stay at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort, and I wanted to share how thrilled we were to return for our second visit. The warmth and professionalism of everyone at the resort truly made our experience outstanding, and it is the incredible staff who transform a beautiful location into a memorable getaway. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the following individuals and share a few highlights that made our stay so special. Our Concierge, Alam Molina, was exceptional throughout our visit. Alam consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and on several occasions, they went out of their way to accommodate special requests that made us feel truly cared for. When we return, we will definitely be requesting Alam to be our concierge again. At the Ginger Bar, Anthony and Jorge greeted me every morning with a friendly smile and had my coffee orders prepared exactly as I liked, without me even needing to ask. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude made each morning especially pleasant. In the evenings, Yisauri, our server, provided my wife and me with the same outstanding level of service, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after. At the Ginger Bar, Anthony and Jorge greeted me every morning with a friendly smile and had my coffee orders prepared exactly as I liked, without me even needing to ask. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude made each morning especially pleasant. In the evenings, Yisauri, our server, provided my wife and me with the same outstanding level of service, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after. During breakfast at Lunchbox, hostess Jennifer greeted us with a radiant smile and made us feel genuinely welcome every day. Junior’s exceptional service stood out so much that we always chose to sit in their section whenever possible; their positive energy truly set the tone for our mornings. We spent most of our time at the Reserve Beach, where the "Dream Team"—Rafael and Yuderi—extended their friendship and made us feel like part of their group. Gilberto also took great care of us by attentively looking after our drink requests and treating us as friends, while Martin consistently provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Finally, I want to recognize Paolo and Diego for listening to my concerns and taking the time to follow up with me, demonstrating true dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you again to everyone at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort for making our stay so memorable. Your outstanding hospitality has ensured that we will eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience.

We stayed there for a week ,beautiful beach and room . Location 30 min not bad but ,food was ok ,liked the FLora restaurant. Entertainment was great ,the rock girl with the band . The worst was service ath Kicks Bar and GInger . ANTHONY AND Miguel this people are there like being forced to work. Very rude ,like being forced to work,unhappy. WAITING FOR A DRINK FOREVER ,serving to everyone but not me . No drinks menu ,the atmosphere is very heavy,after 1 days staying athe place I didn't want to order a drink anyone this people shouldn't be working there. I WANT to go and want to enjoy Vacation not see someone unhappy because I ordered a drink or a coffee .

Merry Christmas was had by all!!
Our family group ages 17-87 had a great time. There was something for everyone! Service was excellent in all areas. Our pool attendants Juan and Julia were excellent as was our concierge Alam was superb. He answered a million questions, completed extra accommodations (a scooter rental at the last minute) and made sure all of the inexperienced travelers in our group got to the airport on time. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The resort is large and requires lots of walking so if walking is hampered in anyway you should rent a scooter for a more enjoyable stay. An extra $40/day but worth it! Alam will take care of the rental.
