    Would stay again but there are things to know first!

    As with any lodging! Pros: Great location Welcome drink - very welcome after a long travel day! Exceptional staff Clean and comfortable suite - perfect if you’re like us and want more than a bed + bathroom Eco-friendly practices Fair price to value ratio Cons: Booked through a travel site that DID NOT warn that we were going to be pressured into a “vacation club/time share” sort of thing - pretty high pressure at the onset Pool was kind of gross, with a film floating on top from suntan oils/lotions - but we have a private one at home, so could be just us We didn’t have a car, but I didnt see on-site parking. There was a sign for valet parking, so maybe we missed it, but if you have a car, confirm!

    Sushi is decent and shrimp tosta as well. However our server anel is amazing. Super sweet

    Rooftop is the new beach!

    Reef 28 was wonderful! Freddy at the roof top is the BEST!!♡ He made our trip relaxing never waited for a drink. The rooms are super clean and large. DJs are playing a great jam on rooftop. This really is the new beach!

    it’s been a week here and I’m having an amazing experience so far, the staff are so kind so friendly and so attentive! I’m so happy I chose to stay at this Hotel and I will definitely be coming back. I need to say a massive thank you to Isaid & Donaciano at the restaurants for Just being so helpful and kind, they really accommodate to any of your needs and dietary requirements and they constantly check if you need anything else. both of them were the highlight of the resort and we wish to see them again when we stay next time, also not to mention the food here is amazing and it’s the best buffet food we’ve had a resort. They really cater to your needs and it doesn’t feel like your usual busy resorts
