Quick one night stay. Hallways seemed dated which made me worry, but my room was clean and well designed and not a ton of street noise despite being on Wilshire. Valet parked my car for two days. Crae helped me out there and was both friendly and efficient. Thanks!

I’ve stay at The Line for the past two years for business, and I want to highlight how exceptional and consistently outstanding the service has been with Mehari at valet (spelled M-E-H-A-R-I). He is kind, professional, efficient, reliable, and always timely. I travel frequently for work and stay at many hotels, and I can honestly say that seeing him at the valet stand is always a pleasure because I know the service will be top tier. It’s the best valet experience I’ve had in Los Angeles—hotel, restaurant, or otherwise. Mehari is truly a top-notch employee, and you are blessed to have him on your team. He’s an incredible worker and an even better human being. Other amazing staff members that always make my staff great Arlene, Paulaa as well as everyone I encounter on my stay.

Customer Service is BACK!
Above and beyond. We can all agree Customer Service is not what it used to be. Crae and the staff @ The Line Hotel in Los Angeles are bringing it back. I’ll definitely stay here again and refer anyone visiting.

Crae from Valet is the man.
I was there for an event last week and I just had to acknowledge Crae with the car service/valet. Absolutely professional and outstanding interaction. Very kind and polite. Made us feel welcome and safe. Excellent experience with him!
