    A Gem

    We love this location and hotel. They truly take care of you, twice a day service! Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning! Stools and some of the furniture should be replaced in the room. Showing signs of wear and tear.

    ⭐⭐⭐ — Great Bones, But the Details Don’t Match the Price Tag

    The Inn on Fifth has all the ingredients of a truly exceptional boutique hotel. The location on Fifth Avenue South is unbeatable, the lobby makes a striking first impression, the rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the staff is warm and accommodating. So why only three stars? Because at $400–$600+ per night, the details matter — and that’s where this property falls short. No notepad. No pen. These are $0.50 amenities that every mid-range hotel stocks without a second thought. Worse, I opened the closet to find garbage left behind from a prior guest. At these rates, every inch of that room should be inspected between stays — not just the surfaces. The gym had no water available during early morning hours, which is a basic miss for any hotel catering to business or active travelers. Fellow TripAdvisor reviewers echo similar frustrations, and it’s worth noting that the hotel’s value score consistently trails every other category — guests aren’t questioning the charm, they’re questioning whether the execution justifies the price. This isn’t a bad hotel. But there’s a real difference between a beautiful hotel and a great one. Stock the pens. Check the closets. Fix the small things — because at this price point, guests are absolutely noticing. Bottom line: Great location and atmosphere, but sloppy housekeeping and missing basics make it hard to fully recommend at luxury pricing.

    Inn on 5th, great hotel

    Wonderful hotel right in the center of 5th Ave, with shops, restaurants and everything you need close by. Very friendly staff always at your service.

    Exception central hotel in Naples, Fl.

    Outstanding hotel located in the centre of Naples, Fl. Very easy to walk to everything in the area with friendly staff always available offering valuable local information and recommendations/bookings for dinners. We had a club level room which was pricy but the hidden benefits it offered like breakfast, all drinks including alcohol and canapés/snacks was well worth the investment.
