Awesome great place to visit recommended for family. very friendly number one customer service. They have everything on the resort. Water park is great. The pool is clean the rooms clean and big a lot of space for parking.

Best Weekend Ever
T and Mcall at the pool were awesome. Sorry if I butchered their names. Friendly from the moment we walked up and a delight the entire weekend through. Lindsey at the bar outside by the pool was awesome as well. They all needed raises!!! We had an awesome Memorial Day weekend.

Great place to stay
Room was spacious and beautiful, very clean. Nice kitchen no Keurig coffee maker! Just a regular one, there is sugar packets, tea, coffee packets (horrible tasting). I suggest to bring your own coffee. There is a store to purchase almost anything you may need. There’s sandwiches, pizza, muffins, pastries,specialty coffees and drinks. Breakfast sandwiches. The waterpark is nice, 2 slides, lazy river is very nice. I suggest to get there early to get a spot with an umbrella because there is not enough umbrellas. There are 2 pool side grills to get food and drinks,and 1 restaurant. Grills do not have very long hours. There are many restaurants only minutes away. There’s 3 nice big pools . Bed was comfortable. Not enough elevators! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.. The arcade was nice for the kids.

Fun for the whole family
We had an excellent experience renting a cabana at the water park. Our server Tarusha provided a first class experience. She was friendly and prompt with food and drinks and a pleasure to be around. The location and atmosphere are terrific alone and her service skills definitely elevated the already great time we were having.

Fabulous Resort with wonderful staff
Fabulous resort! We are a family of 10 & this was our first trip to the US. We stayed in NYC for 4 days & then flew down to Orlando for 10 days. Our flight didn’t arrive until nearly midnight, but Reception was still open at 1.00am & we were booked in very quickly. We’d booked 2 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartments & we were not disappointed. They’re large beautifully appointed units. We had a lakeside view & my daughter & her family had a resort view. The Resort provides a welcome pack so you can have tea & coffee when you arrive. The resort is spotlessly clean & a pleasure to walk around. We used Uber to travel to the Disney parks & also to go grocery shopping. We had debated whether to hire a car, but found Uber very reasonable. There are a few restaurants offering snacks through to 3 course meals. The water park was thoroughly enjoyed by my two younger grandkids & the older grandkids preferred the quieter pool area a couple of hundred yards away. Sun beds are always readily available as are fresh towels. There’s also a lovely little arcade for younger kids to enjoy. The staff, from Reception, Housekeeping, pool areas, shop, Restaurants & valets are just wonderful & nothing was too much trouble. They helped make our holiday very special. We are going to return to Orlando & will definitely stay at the Grove again.
