Not what it used to be. Room are not maintenance have a lot issues and they will not clean your room only if you pay extra 45dls. So we always came to a not service room! Which not cool at all. We got a 3 bedroom condo. Will not do that again. Also a 35 dls parking fee per day and a 35dls resort fee per day. We regret not staying in a Disney Resorts we only did this for the water park experience Do Not Stay Here!

HORRENDOUS
We reserved our Christmas vacation here for over a week and we were all very excited for our two bedroom two bath condo waterpark experience. Let me tell you it’s been nothing but a disappointment. First off when we arrived in our condo, all of our shampoo, conditioner and bath gel was completely empty. Then, after about three days, we called housekeeping to see if they would come and change our bedding; they refused instead they dropped off an entire bag of bedding for us to change it. I have never stayed at a resort where they expected you to be the housekeeper.. Here’s another kicker we called down to room service and ask them for fresh towels. They gave us the smallest box of Tide in the world and told us to wash our own towels. Wow, I am in disbelief. I am a mother with four children and this was supposed to be my vacation instead I flew 3000 miles down to Florida to become my own housekeeper. Where is the relaxation in that? We literally spent over $7000 to come down and stay here because the reviews said it was great, let me be the first to give you an honest opinion: DO NOT COME, UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE YOUR OWN HOUSEKEEPER. For a treat, my husband took us down to their local restaurant the Valencia, they had an all you can eat buffet, which was $40/person and SUBPAR AT BEST. It was comparable to a Best Western hotel. They had fruit, oatmeal and bagels all for $40 a Customer. I literally looked at my husband and was like there’s nothing to even eat. If I wanted a dry, old bagel, I would go to Walmart.. not to mention the endless texts that the resort sends you (about 40 a day) begging you to visit their restaurants… what a waste of time and a waste of money!!!! I told my husband, I will NEVER EVER again visit this resort, and to be completely honest this resort has turned me off to the entire state of Florida. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME A WASTE OF MONEY AND ALL THEY WANNA DO IS PRICE GOUGE YOU FOR PARKING. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED. 0/10 STARS WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Our waiter pool side, Shaver was awesome! He was attentive and kept the food and drinks coming all day long! Definitely made our day poolside enjoyable!

Customer Service
We want to thank Derrick, the security guard who helped us when our car battery was completely drained and wouldn’t start. He assisted us with a jump and was patient, professional, and willing to help when we needed it. We really appreciated his assistance and the extra effort he put in to help us get back on the road.

Awesome place for Families with Children!
Everything here was fantastic! My kids had a really great time and this resort is totally worth value especially with the children! The highlight for me was the service provided by Sebastian at the Springs! I really needed a mommy moment to unwind.Sebastian was super attentive, friendly and told me so much about his love for Florida! A really cool Guy! Looking forward to seeing the resort again in Spring. Happy Holidays! TG!
