Apr 14, 2026Rubbish and unrelaxing
Severe sickness and Direah the hotel told us there was no one else and that was a lie, loads of other people was or became ill. servere cross contamination issues, they wanted to take our daughter straight hospital and was talking about travel insurance and drips and the dr really freaked her out, we refused to see if she picked up in a few hours she did eventually then I was ill, ruined first few days of holiday. Our stomachs still arnt right and my 13 year old lost 4kg as she darnt eat and the food made her feel sick. Had to be up at 6 for subbeds, couldn’t go for breakfast as a family or sunbeds get took, so we had to go seperatly, couldn’t book restaurants it was a nightmare, u can only do all these things if u have a time share which ur not aware of before u book, and that’s another thing your constantly bothered about to have a meeting with them. Beach is awful, rooms rubbish our balcony constantly looked like it was snowing all paint falling off on clothes. , and I’ve got a long list of other problems. just not a relaxing holiday, it cost us 10k and we went for our 10 year anniversary and were so gutted and disappointed. Couldn’t wait to get home.

Just visited this huge for 9 nights. Positives: The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Lucas, Richard and Eduardo. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. Hairdryer is of good quality as is iron. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. There is plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe as well as drawers for storage. Tea coffee and snacks are provided within the room. Sunloungers are comfortable and pool towels are available all day. Relaxing pool area good for reading and chilling out . Negatives : Sunloungers are quite close together. The main restaurant has a limited food choice and isn’t explicitly explained what each thing is. So if you’re fussy with food I would recommend going to the restaurants in the sister hotel next door. You have to sign a receipt after each meal and drinks this can be confusing. Advice: if you’re wanting to tip the staff I would suggest you bring cash as the hotel is cashless you can’t get change of big notes. Excursions are very expensive so you might be better off booking them before you come. Taxis into playa are around $25 Bring swim shoes if you’re wanting to go into the sea as there is quite a few stones. You can get a golf buggy from our hotel to sister hotel. We stayed in room 5 it’s like a little bungalow and has a mini pool to the front it gets sun until 2pm.

An amazing experience, absolutely unforgottable. Very nice and smiling staff. We spent a week with our 2 kids (7 and 10 years and they loved it.) a lot of animals in the jungle (monkeys, coatis, opposums, capybaras, colibris...) swiming pools everywhere and kids club with a lot of activities. I can only recommend.

Definitely Stay here if you are looking to relax and eat well
My first time at an all -inclusive resort. The staff were so accommodating and polite. Only smiles and good wishes. The food I am told, was better than most other all inclusive resorts people have stayed at, There are tacos being made on site in the plaza every morning. French restaurant and Italian restaurants on site were great. At the main pool you can do tequila and mezcal tasting. There is also an adult only pool. Spa was excellent
