in the center of boston
We loved our rooms and the easy access to the city. Calling down for breakfast made our visit so easy. Breakfast was up to our room in no time and we enjoyed all of it--especially the orange juice. The staff was helpful and courteous---the doorman was a wealth of knowledge.

Great hotel and location
Gold floor (4th) is particularly nice. Lounge offers breakfast and early dinners. Beverages all the time. However, staff closed the lounge 40 minutes earlier, wasn’t the best thing

Luxe hotel in Boston
From the first valet to greet you, to the front desk, dining, & housekeeping staff, Fairmont Copley Plaza knows how to treat a guest and make you feel valued. The hotel is huge but clean and well-maintained. Details are NOT overlooked, which is key. If you ask for anything specific, staff delivers. You won’t save any money by staying here, but you will experience luxury and service that is purely top of the line.

Service above and beyond
We had a room issue that was quickly dealt with by Emmanuel at the front desk. He along with the entire staff made the stay extra special. The hotel has an amazing historic interior and is located in the perfect spot in Boston. Will definitely return for another stay
