Located in the Royal Towers, and viewable from the lower level of the Great Hall of Waters, the Ruins Lagoon, filled with ancient Atlantis artifacts, is home to over 20,000 deep reef and pelagic fish. These open-water fish include a variety of tuna, jacks, snappers and spiny lobster. The 2.7 million-gallon exhibits allow for the magnificent display of certain species of fish that are normally impossible or very difficult to view without getting wet.

Wasnt the worst but also wasnt the best. Pool bar doesnt open until about9:45/10 and closes daily at 5pm. ALL tabs include VAT tax of I belive is 10% , auto gratuity and also some sales tax. Food at Claudia's was extremely over priced and lacked seasoning. The pizza shop was good but does get busy and a large 18' greek pizza was $42. a slice of pepperoni pizza was $7 which is fair. The temperature during the stay was mid to high 70's but the water in the pool was uncomfortable. Looking for a drink, dont until after 10 am daily. Casino is just like any other, nothing special, staff arent the friendliest AND drink servers bring you a drink thats remotely close to what you ordered which is bizarre to me. Why not just be upfront about the drinks. Its baffling how they give you a drink youdidnt order without disclosing it and giving you the option. Room was great and Catrina - the supervisor and Shawneice were amazing.

Amazing views and staff but pool was too cold to enjoy
The staff and hotel was amazing, but the water is very cold during December and the aqua adventure park is too crowded and agin water was too cold to even enjoy it. I think it would be more enjoyable during the spring or summer.

Enjoy the time and communicate your needs with the staff.
Enjoyed my stay. Had a great experiences with “trainer for day” adventure, the water park, and the beach. Rooms were ok but staff were willing to help as best as they could with the room issues we did have.

We stayed in the Coral tower specifically for its proximity to the convention center- it’s a short walking distance! In fact- it was a short walk to the casino and marina and multiple food options. Highly recommend! We had a corner room on the 6the floor overlooking the resort abs marina. Large spacious room- we got a rollaway bed for our teen and we had a full living room.

The hotel is weathered and dated. The service is very slow. Our experience at the restaurant was at the servers, only came by to take your order to provide the check if you needed something between was rather difficult to obtain assistance. We did experience a concern at Claudio‘s. We did not have a reservation initially when we went to the restaurant however we were told that it was a 45 minute wait. We left the restaurant. I looked up the next available reservation time which was actually 15 minutes later. We took that reservation and then returned to the restaurant to share that we had a 7 PM reservation. The hostess reported that they were no longer taking reservations past 5 PM because they were expecting 400 guests and that we were going to receive a cancellation. We never received a cancellation so I went back into the restaurant and asked the manager if that indeed was true and he said no, and then proceeded to take us to the main hostess attendant, who then sat us. Not sure why the hostess was compelled to lie about seating us however this is not the level of service that you’re expecting at this type of resort.
