A beautiful well organized hotel with high standards. We enjoyed the food and received excellent service. Room service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, great location close to all the attractions and great shopping. Disappointed that the pool was under construction as I was told it would be completed before my visit. Public Santa experience was held over the weekend. The hotel was packed full of families and children. Couldn’t enjoy the hotel because it was absolutely crazy and loud.

Must stay in Charleston!
Great high end hotel. Clean, updated, great service, food, and drinks. Right in the heat of Charleston, walking distance to shopping and fantastic restaurants. Have stayed here twice now, both great experiences. We will return for sure!
