AMAZING!! The views are even better than the pictures. The staff was the best at any hotel I have ever stayed at (special shoutout to Luis at the pool who we loved SO much).

Overall great experience. Really enjoyed the infinity pool and whale watching just off the beach was possible almost every corner of the property. The views were incredible!

Very disappointing experience at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel. Front Office Manager Gerardo Garcia Leon was rude and dismissive when I raised legitimate concerns about my family’s stay and pre‑arrival communication. I would not return or recommend this property.

The Cape
Great views from hotel. Drinks and food great. Service great. Fitness room nice. Fitness classes good. Pools were very nice. Would stay there again.

The Cape made my fist visit to Mexico special
My husband and I enjoyed The Cape from the start, as we were offered a complimentary mezcalita at check in. For our three day stay, we received friendly and helpful service and felt welcome to explore and try the various options of the hotel. We would particularly thank the concierges, who are centrally located and eager to help. Michell Gonzalez had called me the week ahead, and all his advice and arrangements were excellent. For my first time in Mexico, this was a huge help and made the trip special.
