Shout out to Stephie and team.
A shout out to Stephie and team. Thank you all so much for making our weekend. We were in Edinburgh for two days wedding dress shopping for my daughter. Friday we had a terrible experience at The Ivy and put a downer on the weekend. After spending most of Saturday shopping and exploring the city we stopped off at The Caledonian for a drink. From the moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel welcomed. Manager Stephie sat us at a table and one member of staff then came and took our order. We hadn’t realised that there was any problem with our order, by all accounts they felt that we hadn’t been served quick enough and with this when we came to pay the manager had sorted it. What an amazing thing to do and we were all blown away with the kind gesture. You put the icing on our cake and we left Edinburgh later that evening feeling blest. Thank you, we will definitely be back. Fantastic customer service. 😃

Great historic hotel with lots of character.
The Caledonian is a great hotel with a long history starting as a railway hotel with recent branding as a Hilton, Waldorf Astoria and now a Hilton Curio Collection. Booked a Standard room but as a Lifetime Diamond got a fantastic upgrade to a 2 Queen Premier Castle View. The marble bathroom with underfloor heating was classy. There was a personal welcome card and box of hotel chocolates. Just after arrival a bottle of Prosecco was delivered by room service - an excellent touch! Breakfast was included and the trio of salmon to start was really good. There is a full Scottish Hot Buffet included with additional A la Carte items at an extra cost. Great welcome back from several team members who recognised me from previous stays. June and Cath especially took time to chat and welcome me back.

Excellent service at the court restaurant, friendly staff, exceptional service one of the best service ever especially the manager Lukasz who was super helpful and friendly to me and my friends would definitely recommend!!
