    10/10 - Excellent stay and wonderful service

    Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is great and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also had the best sleep, the bed was perfect! A special thank you to Mégi at the front desk. Her warm welcome made us feel comfortable right away. It was great to be greeted by a Greek staff member who really cared about our experience. We will definitely come back!

    Great hotel

    Okay the hotel alone was a 10/10, the woman at the front desk was absolutely delightful and so nice. The rooms are clean and perfect for 2. The Alex restaurant was incredible Maria was absolutely delightful and so welcoming!! I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite. The hotel is the perfect location and had a wonderful atmosphere!

    Fantastic hotel with fantastic Service

    We had a fantastic check-in experience and absolutely love The Alex. Simon and the team very kindly upgraded us, which was a lovely and appreciated touch. This is our second time returning for a Christmas break in the city, and once again the experience did not disappoint. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, and the candy canes in the room added a wonderful festive feel. Valentina presented the room impeccably, making it feel extra special. A truly great start to the Christmas season, we have already booked our stay for next year!!

    Fabulous stay.

    Fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff. Especially Simon, who was so helpful. Beautiful rooms. Really nice breakfast. Definitely stay again.
