    Our new best friend, Simon!

    Simon truly made our stay unforgettable. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding, and he went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome, comfortable, and incredibly special. Always smiling and radiating the most wonderful energy, his hospitality genuinely elevated our entire experience.

    Beautiful Hotel With Excellent Service

    This is a beautiful, clean, modern hotel situated ideally between Grafton Street and The Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We found the staff so kind and welcoming, especially Simon on reception and Jessica who served us breakfast. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with excellent service. We will definitely be back!

    Love the Alex Hotel

    We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Simon was very helpful at reception, as was Valentina on our arrival. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

    Our favorite hotel in Dublin

    The Alex is our favorite hotel in Dublin! The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and very large for Europe. The staff are kind and friendly - shout out to Simon who took great care of us and arranged an early check-in when we arrived from the airport. And the location is perfect - very close to St Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street.
