    Great hotel

    Okay the hotel alone was a 10/10, the woman at the front desk was absolutely delightful and so nice. The rooms are clean and perfect for 2. The Alex restaurant was incredible Maria was absolutely delightful and so welcoming!! I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite. The hotel is the perfect location and had a wonderful atmosphere!

    Fantastic hotel with fantastic Service

    We had a fantastic check-in experience and absolutely love The Alex. Simon and the team very kindly upgraded us, which was a lovely and appreciated touch. This is our second time returning for a Christmas break in the city, and once again the experience did not disappoint. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, and the candy canes in the room added a wonderful festive feel. Valentina presented the room impeccably, making it feel extra special. A truly great start to the Christmas season, we have already booked our stay for next year!!

    Fabulous stay.

    Fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff. Especially Simon, who was so helpful. Beautiful rooms. Really nice breakfast. Definitely stay again.

    Exceeded all expectations — we’ll be back

    I’ve stayed in this group of hotels so many times, and the staff are always friendly, but this time at The Alex really exceeded all my expectations. First of all, thank you for the room upgrade, free breakfast, early check-in and the box of chocolates at check-out. Even without all of that, I can say Simon and Sofia are the best receptionists we’ve ever met. We’ve been travelling so much over the years, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had in terms of friendliness and kindness from the staff. It doesn’t cost much to be kind, and they really made a difference. Thank you so much — you made our stay 100 out of 10. Now, the rooms: fantastic, spacious, spotlessly clean, and you have everything you need. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s my favourite one from the whole group. We will be back and already looking forward to it. Please keep the same level of service!

    Simon is exceptional. He helps us in all we need.

    The hotel is located in one of the nicest areas in the city, we have to look for the nearest hotel and we found this excellent place. The staff is outstanding specially Simon, he is very pleasant and professional he help us with the coffee machine that we could mange to having working.
