We had a lovely overnight stay at this fantastic hotel, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The check-in staff was patient when I had a credit card issue. Also appreciated assistance provided by Kia Mcclellan from front desk.

Simona Made My Stay Unforgettable!
Simona E is a GEM!!!, My stay at Swissôtel was unforgettable, and it’s all because of Simona E she’s phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed. You can tell she loves what she does. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like a valued guest. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a great hotel stay into an extraordinary one. Her dedication to ensuring every guest feels valued truly elevated my entire experience it’s clear she sets a high standard for hospitality. Because of her, Swissôtel will be my first choice whenever I’m in the city. Thank you!

Excellent hotel!
An absolute amazing hotel with some spectacular views of the city! The glow of the city at night entices, romance and spectacle! I stayed in the room that allow the view of both the river into the city on one side and Navy pier and the lake on the other. I think I found my favorite new hotel in Chicago! I definitely will be coming here again. The accommodations were fantastic and the front desk concierge or immensely helpful… A special thanks to Miss Kia at the front desk with helping me out on a late checkout. She was intuitive and eager to assist. I will most definitely be back for future stays…

Great stay for business and leisure trip to Chicago, good location, small bathrooms, overall pretty clean room, helpful staff, nice conference rooms, valet service was helpful and did a fine job, easy to doordash food to the lobby, would stay again

Holidays in Chicago
The Swissotel is in a great location. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and kind. Raquel, Manny, and Simoun gave us top notch service throughout our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.
