Super unprofessional guest service team. Was repetitively put on hold by Kia for over 25 minutes. Had a reservation booked, and was canceled even after one of their OWN service member told me I can pay for the first night to secure my booking. Money hungry people that have no sense of hospitality. If you want to get your plans thrown in the trash, connect with this team.

The hotel is wonderfully located with beautiful views and friendly helpful staff.
My best friend and I, for years, have taken our daughters downtown for our annual girls Christmas getaway. This year we chose the Swissotel. Emina, who checked us in, went above and beyond to get us our rooms together with beautiful views and the extra goodies (drink and food vouchers) to make our stay perfect. Komivi did a great job securing our luggage right as we walked in and brought it up to our rooms right away. Then, with our free drink vouchers, we went down to the lovely bar in the lobby and Roberto was helpful in our selections and served us delicious wines. Wonderful friendly staff!

⭐ Had an absolutely brilliant stay here. From the moment we arrived, everything just worked. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well thought out, and the staff were genuinely friendly — not the forced kind, the proper friendly kind. The atmosphere was relaxed but polished, like they’ve nailed that sweet spot between comfort and quality. Slept like a dream, felt well looked after, and honestly didn’t want to leave. You can tell this place is run by people who actually care. Would 100% stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

Views, service and style!!
We loved our stay!! Perfect central location and the room view of the Chicago river and Lake Michigan was amazing. Kia was so helpful too with everything we needed for our stay. Service and style!! This is the place to stay in Chicago!!
