Dec 28, 2025BEST HOSPITALITY EVER!!!
This resort is not only in a great location, and beautiful But this place has the most amazing staff and hospitality I've ever received in my life anywhere..I am beyond happy and impressed with the rooms which all have an ocean view, full amenities and comfortable n spacious, top of the line linens. Pools are clean, warm, and food is off the charts delicious. Location is on the water and beach is well kept and clean. Great activities, live music most nights, nice coffee shop on property, has salads, sandwiches, n pastries too... But again the hospitality is off the charts AMAZING.. WE ALREADY BOOKED OUR TRIP BACK FOR NEXT YEAR

One of the Best All- Inclusive Resort we've stay at. (We have been travelers over 20 years)
Sunset Plaza Beach Resort was a dream come true for my wife and me. It was everything we wanted in an all-inclusive resort. The resort is very clean, and the staff is very attentive and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our favorite thing about our room was the view. From our balcony we could see the entire resort, the ocean and (7) awesome "Sun Sets." The food was delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The bar was very well stock. We're looking forward to our next stay.

We used to feel pampered. This year, there was no turndown service for a couple of days. I asked a butler about it and he said it’s not done anymore. Then I called the front desk on our fifth night and asked about it. She asked if I wanted to “ order” it! .? They came and did a sort of turn down. Left chocolates but didn’t arrange drapes. 🫤

Buyer beware. They poisoned my husband and he fell in the hotel. They have no regard to how to treat people. They were very rude.

A wonderful relaxing and casual setting with five-star personalized service that is hard to find. Thank you Mario, Jose, Miguel, Fernando, Raoul and all the staff who made our stay so memorable.
