Easy check in even after our travel delays. Accelerate gave us a phenomenal arrival tour and was vigilant in making sure any of our needs were met. Oscar and Christian were fantastic with the checking out process.

Happy with our experience. Good location. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Rooms were nice... But balcony was not pleasant to sit on because of loud noise from (neighboring?) AC unit.

Jan 25, 2026Disgusting Filthy hotel with Bed Bugs – shame on you, Hyatt
I am a Hyatt globalist for over 15 years. I chose this hotel for my visit, as it is a Hyatt branded hotel, which was in close proximity to my brothers condo in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel was absolutely disgusting, filthy, dirty, and the bathroom is covered in mold. The furniture was falling apart, delaminating, and in such a state of repair it should've been condemned. Don't take my word for it. Just look at the pictures. Furthermore, this was supposed to be an all inclusive hotel, and the food service was a complete joke. Half of the restaurants are closed midday, and I guess we're forced to eat out of a food truck in the courtyard. They serve cold hamburgers with some potato chips. I can honestly tell you that the quality of food was worse than 7-11. I've been to Hyatt hotels all over the world, and this hotel is such a joke, it should have a 1 star rating, at best. Hyatt hotel should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, for affiliating them selves were such a piece of crap of the hotel. This was the worst hotel room I've ever rented in my life. I feel sorry for any family that ends up here for their dream vacation. You'll be deeply disappointed.

Fun and Friendly
We had some fantastic interactions with staff. Our bellboy (Christian on check in) was absolutely a delight. Christian, along with Oscar, also assisted us with are departure and made arriving and departing a very positive experience. Most of the bartenders and servers were friendly and where able to have some fun. No concerns with the cleanliness of the facility and felt it adequate for our needs. Our room was dated, we had some light bulbs that didn't work; however, it was important enough for us to request them to be fixed.

This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I stayed in. It's got 4 stars but it should only have 2 stars. One for good service and two for good food. Our room needed a complete fix over. The toilet wasn't working properly, the curtains needed to be fix, the lamp near the bed wasn't working and the the pole in the closet kept falling down until we made them drill new holes with a new bracket. The bathrooms were never cleaned at the pool area. It was slippery and dirty. the shows weren't very good except for Mexican night and that was not on a stage. so people would walk across while the entertainers were performing. There is only one main restaurant so sometimes you had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated. the other restaurants are only so so. It.s not worth the money they charge. Richard
