great vacation with great team
The best team ever. Christian and Sergio from the entertainment team were the best , many activities like kayak and bracelet. Food and drink were good. Omard was a great barman, always smiling and funny. Room clean

A great location with fabulous staff and Chef Fermin and his crew were fabulous at what they do! Greatly appreciated!
Over all this was a very great experience for us. Despite the elevator breaking down constantly in the tower and the lack of bottled water on some days we had the best time. The staff were top notch from check in to maid service to wait staff, bar tenders and chef Fermin and his crew. The food was fantastic!!! Varieties at the dinner buffet was amazing. Loved the fresh caught shrimp night. Was a treat for us to say the least. We always found Chef Fermin and other staff doing quality control. Things were refilled quickly and we were grateful to have such attentive wait staff. We also enjoyed Chef Fermin’s cooking classes!! The resort location was perfect for touring around. Quick and convenient car rides to all the places we wanted to see. Looking forward to our next visit.

My Best vacation with the Best team
The food was very good the drinks also. The barman was very funny (Omar) and the entertainement team was very cool. Sergio and Cristhian was the Best guys in the resort. I did kayaking, beach volley, spanish class,zoomba water and it was very fun. The room was always clean.
