    Very good Resort

    All the staff very friendly and resort is super clean, nice beds. Very nice and clean rooms. Nice shows with dinners. Very safety place and around the resort

    Another amazing month at Sunscape playing volleyball on the beach with great people!!!

    We enjoyed another wonderful month playing volleyball on the beautiful beach! With Geovani our beach waiter taking such good care of us!! He goes above and beyond and we so appreciate him!! He is a wonderful employee and representative for Sunscape! We will see you next year!!

    Sunscape Almost Ticks All the Boxes

    If food isn't a huge part of your holiday, then this place ticks all the boxes. All of the staff are absolutely phenomenal. (Huge shoutout to Geovani, beachside server who always went above and beyond.) The rooms are very clean and the shower has great water pressure. The pool is kept very clean. Terrific splash/play area away from the larger pool for kids. There is a freedom like no other hotel - no reservations or restrictions on restaurants, no bracelets, no towel cards (honour system), lots of room and shade on the beach available, plenty of places to sit around the pool. However, there is a distinct lack of variety for dining and the food is definitely not four-star. You will always find something to eat that's pallatable, but for those foodies out there, it would be wise to lower your expectations.

    All in all a very good experience...The few problems we had with our room were promptly dealt with...The food I have to say was better than in years past and the Italian was great...Sun club boys Pedro and Nacho really looked after us...The entertainment team of Ny,Yedi,Jessica,Mahela Giovani and Juan did a good job...Although I could never understand that they were the only resort on the beach that took there Volleyball net down at 5 promptly when we all wanted to play so much longer??? Rooms were always kept clean and the morning coffees in the lobby were to die for...Hope I did not forget anyone...Willie
