    Great place to vacation. Excellent beach, service and hospitality. I would recommend the sun club rooms when you book. Our sun club bartender Roberto Munoz took good care of us

    Feels like Home away from Home

    I love the friendliness of this resort. We have been going for 14/15 years and have made so many friends both with the staff and the many patrons/guests who keep returning year after year.

    Fun time with friends

    Great experience. Juana was the best server. Kind, efficient and exceptional at her job. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

    Tranquil beach, hot sun and cold Margaritas!

    This was our second visit to Sunscape Dorado Pacifico, Ixtapa. We had a lovely stay. Every morning after a cappuccino from Coco's Cafe we'd walk the beach and watch the sun rise. There's a gym with great AC for a comfortable workout. There are tennis and pickleball courts. There are different activities, bike rides, water aerobics, volleyball, but I enjoyed the yoga with Elena. Staff were very helpful. Meals at the Italian Restaurant - Da Mario were elegant and delicious. Shout out to Waiters Carlos and Miguel! Pool side waiter Alejandro is the G.O.A.T. ! The only negative was the Blue Water Restaurant was only open for lunch twice. We miss our poolside dining and our guacamole and chips. :( I believe the hotel wasn't fully booked so they were streamlining services. Oh yeah, Saturday nights can be a little loud- I think a neighboring property has a disco :( (fyi)

    Spring Break Done RIGHT

    Spring break at Sunscape Dorado in Ixtapa? Easily a 10/10. The resort was spotless, the beds were dangerously comfortable (like…good luck waking up), and the ocean views were absolutely unreal. Morning Coca-Cola on the balcony felt like the perfect vibe. But the real standout? The service. Giovanni took care of us during our cabana days and made sure we were living our best lives—drinks flowing, vibes high, and always checking in with a smile. He got to know us, joked with us, and truly made the experience feel personal. That’s the kind of energy you don’t forget. The nightly shows were fun, the staff across the board was amazing, and the whole place just gets vacation. Huge shoutout to Giovanni and the Sunscape Dorado team—we’ll definitely be back. #sunscapedorado
