So I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Resort was great. I really have nothing to complain about. It beat my expectations. I am an avid traveller and have visited many Caribbean islands so I have allot to compare Sunscape too. We were in building 2 and our room was huge. You could fit four double beds in there with room to walk around. The air conditioner didn’t blow out cold cold air but was it good enough - absolutely!! There were issues with one of the elevators but I preferred the stairs anyways. The food was acceptable. What was served suited my needs - I mean I gained weight so that must say something. Loved the salad bar in the buffet. Shout out to Rocio who was the hostess at the Italian Restaurant. She interacted with the patron’s professionally and did her best to go around to make sure if you were next in line to be seated that she found you. We had the opposite happen at the Bluewater Grill and so waited an extra half hour until she seen me throw my hands in the air. The beach and pool were clean. I did bring water shoes but there was enough of an area that was okay that I didn’t bother to use them. If you want chairs under a palapa than I subject you be down to the beach by eight. Entertainment was pretty decent. The carnival parade wowed me. The fireshow was the best that I have seen. Good job!! I will agree either another review that the drinks are very weak if you’re wanting alcohol. There is always the question in resorts that the booze is watered down. I would say that it may be true here. Allot of times they didn’t even add any to your drink unless you asked. I’m Not a big drinker so it didn’t really bother me. Overall I am giving my opinion of what I found here and again it was never a make it or break it deal. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. SunScapes Curacao
The resort was clean and comfortable, we found the majority of the staff friendly and helpful, the beach was very beautiful and kept clean, a little bit rocky getting into the water but a pair of watershoes was all that was needed, Rooms clean and comfortable, Food was OK, could always find something to fill me up. Shout out to Carmela, Candy Man, Fabiola, and Ana.

I would/will come back
Although not a 5 start resort this is a great value for the money. The food was good and the entertainment staff is wonderful. If you are looking for a great beach with great snorkeling this is the place for you. The beach was so good we never made it to the pool. I'll be back.

Not a Party Place, but a great place to Relax
Checkin was a little time consuming, but pleasant staff Room was dated but very clean and comfortable. Everything functioned well and was not run down by any means. Buffet was well stocked with fresh and tasty food. A little repetetive on menu items. Restaurants were excellent. Dinner was a minimal wait for a table. Lunch at the Blue Ocean was fantastic but always had to wait for a table and food. Worth the wait. Pools and grounds very clean and well maintained. Beach was the nicest beach I have ever been to. The weakest link was the Main Bar by the pool. Most of the time the service was very slow. They need more staff. Beer was cold ( bring a Bubba or risk being served in a flimsy plastic cup) Mixed drinks were very limitted and were very weak. This is not a place to go if you want to drown yourself in alcohol. Or BYOB. On the other hand there wasnt rowdy drunk people around the bar or pool. That was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Friendliest Staff . TIP.... The most modern rooms are in the big 5 story building (with elevator) but these are located next to the day and night entertainment, and can be loud at times. We stayed at the opposite end, older buildings without elevator but very very quiet. Enjoy

Fun at curacao sunscape
This resort has the best beach/pool location. Snorkelling,kayaking. Entertainment area right by the pool,so easy fir all to enjoy. Entertainment staff awesome,Candyman,Pedro, marveet, Estrella, and crazy g, Barstaff cori and Norma great. Staff in buffet always smiling. Food was good,always found something we all liked,and there were 8 people in our party. Rooms a little dated ,but comfortable.our oceanview from balcony was fantastic. Most of party say they will return. Awesome time.
