Very nice resort for families with kids. Sunset Restaurant has great menu ! We loved the food over there! Orlando and Daniel are the best waitresses!

12 Days in Paradise
This is our 9th time to this resort and even though it has changed management again, everything is still the same and that is because of the wonderful staff that stays. That is why we keep coming back. To name just a few amazing friends: start with bellboy Diego who went above and beyond even before we got there to make sure we got an amazing room and then when we got there he treated us like royalty!answering any questions and making sure everything was special. Next we have Martin in Azuls who was there every morning for breakfast, always remembered our order and had a special story to tell us (his English was amazing). From there we went to the cabana bed that we rented for the week from Fernando who made sure we had everything we needed to spend the day in paradise (towels, water, chips and guacamole). This was money well spent. The waiters on the beach (Big Mac, Gracie, Gerri,) always remembered what we were drinking and took very good care of us. We did miss seeing Dani S and hope to see him next year. While we were at the beach our wonderful maid, Matilde, worked diligently to clean our room and leave us special little presents. Our evening meals were a combination of either buffet or ala carts and must say the steak at the sunset was awesome but you do have to get there early because you cannot make reservations. All in all this place is a home away from home and we will definitely be back to see all our friends. Thank you all for an amazing vacation.

Had a great time. Very happy with the resort.
The location is beautiful there is a large well maintained beach area. The atmosphere is convivial and fun. The rooms are clean, comfortable, attractively decorated and the beds are amazingly comfortable. It’s a great place at a great price. The noise level was fine. The service was phenomenal. The staff is great! Enjoyed the amenities. The bar staff, especially Jesus, Ricardo, and Michel were wonderful. The spa treatments were wonderful and so relaxing, Daniel, Marta, Esperanza, and Isaura pampered and massaged away our stress. Manuel and Miguel in the restaurants made every night special with their attentions.

Perfect week in paradise!
We had an awesome stay at Sunscape Cancun! This resort has so much to do and participate in, no matter your age or size of your group, you’ll definitely have a fun time. From the amazing entertainment team, (Sandy, Chocolate and Cristian) to the morning workouts with Ivan, the multiple nightly entertainment shows and live music to the great food and awesome staff (shout out to the cleaning staff who left our room impeccable everyday) - it all made for an unforgettable, fun week in paradise. So happy to have decided to stay here.. well done Sunscape team!
