We stayed for a week for my birthday December 14-19th which is not considered high season. The amenities were great! Heated pools, on-site restaurants and the location is near grocery stores & restaurants. The staff were friendly & pleasant! I will be bavk!

Summer Bay 2025
We always enjoy our stays at Summer Bay and look forward to our next trip. We had a 2 bd and it could hold 8 people and 2 full baths. It was great weather and we spend a great deal of time at the pools.

I will be back several times next year. I have been coming here for about twelve years now. I have had many very nice times there.

Unit is outdated, constant sales harassment, TV is not a smart TV and the maintenance fees keep going up every year.

Summer Bay at Orlando
Excellent resort with friendly staff, nice amenities, clean grounds, easy check-in, fair prices, and close to amusement parks. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops close by. Highly recommended for family vacations.
