Chech in chould have been much better. We kept asking if our room was ready and they said no not yet it is still being cleaned at 5:00. Well other people continued to check in. For a couple of hrs. The floors in the room were dirty. Our feet got black. Not happy!!!

You have to remember this is a timeshare. No matter how long you plan to stay there, at some point you will encounter a timeshare salesman. In my case, we we only staying on night because we had an event in the area the next day. After checking in, you have to get your parking ticket “validated “. This is an unnecessary step that puts you in contact with timeshare salesmen staff. Be prepared, This is where the timeshare pressure begins. You have to have a good story together to get out of there. Other than that uncomfortable experience, the resort is nice.. it’s fairly well maintained with nice amenities.

Large spacious units with full kitchens. Large swimming pool and hot tub. We mostly stay on this property for the jetted bathtubs in the 2 bedroom units.

We have stayed at this resort many times. We were there in April ana from April until now, we have seen a decline in the appliances, furniture and bedding. Activities that had no fee now has a fee. Never had to pay to use the safe and now you do. Toilet kept running.

Carts
Only one cart per building. That is not acceptable for the elderly and sick. We went there to relax and refresh before my next Chemo. That did not happen having to make many trips back and forth to the car.
