The room was fine. At checking, told us we were getting an upgrade but that was already a part of our package. Front desk staff were nice. But breakfast buffet was disappointing - especially the coffee and felt like we were bothering the breakfast staff.

Cute, clean hotel within walking distance to Vatican City. Nice area with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Best coffee we had on the trip (American style that is though cappuccinos were good too!) First night we sweated like pigs it was so hot. They failed to tell us upon check in that the front desk controls room temperature so make sure you talk to them if it’s hot in the room.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Walk out the front door and the Dome of St. Peter's is right there. It is a short walk to the Basilica. Located in a residential neighborhood near La Vittoria, one of our favorite restaurants in Rome. Our room was beautiful and well appointed as was the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries as well as cold cuts. Giulia at the front desk was lovely and helpful in answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!
Within easy walk to St Peter's Square and the Vatican. Many cute shops and dining places around the block and blocks surrounding the hotel. Fastest elevator I've ever been in!😂 Room was lovely, mattresses comfortable. Bath tub was deep and be aware it is slippery when wet. Light fixtures need card in slot to work. Closet in room has full length mirror, safe, and mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. My fave were the Nutella croissants! Scrambled eggs, bacon, other sliced meats, yogurt, granola, pastry, red blood orange OJ... Evening meals also very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Smallish bar with great bartender. They were able to change US dollars to Euro's for me at the reception desk. Comfortable sitting area in the lobby.

Very good hotel, and a very convenient location if you intend to visit the Vatican and nearby attractions.
Very good hotel; nice rooms; great pillows! Room Service was exceptional when it came to housekeeping, but did not answer the phone at night when we wanted to order food. This hotel is not cheap, but it's a great location if you intend to visit the Vatican and attractions close to it. Nota bene: If you go to Rome/Italy after October 15th you'll get far better prices all around because it will be considered OFF SEASON – and you'll beat the treacherous heat which continues well into September. I wish I had known this when planning my trip.
