We booked our anniversary there we walked in 2 ladys were in front desk, everything was old and smelled, are room was 3rd floor and steps was about to fall out and leaning side ways and our rooms bathroom was way down the hallway like a hostel style, this information was not made clear we left and ask for our money back and they giving use the middle finger. We feel anyone thinking to book here should know that its not worth it. They overcharge for a smelly old shack which they have clearly not fixed or put any updates on property . They try to offer free stuff to make up for bigger problems they have

St. Francis Inn was one of my favorite trips I’ve ever taken! The Inn itself is so charming, cozy and walkable to everything! The staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. This was the first trip we took with our little Lucy (6 months) and they were so accommodating to her, even held her while we enjoyed a glass of wine (thank you Pam!) could not recommend this stay enough.

This is a nice place for couples and offers the charm with the flavor of historic St Augustine. Seventeen Ninety One was a LONG time ago, but the St Francis Inn feels cozy and well furnished with fireplaces, indoor and outdoor sitting areas and friendly, accommodating service. We'll definitely come back!

Perfect spot in downtown St. Augustine
I was on the hunt for a quaint and convenient place to stay for a girls trip to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. It was hard to find a cute bed & breakfast vibe that would accommodate a group of 3 women vs just couples, so when I found St. Francis Inn, I was thrilled! We stayed in The Cottage, their “room” that has a full kitchen, 2 full baths, and 2 bedrooms. It’s right on the main St. Francis Inn property (they have other satellite properties as well) and it overlooked both the beautiful courtyard and the pool area. The amenities and perks were AMAZING! *Happy hour from 5:00-6:00 with free wine and beer along with light apps *Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and fruit available 24-7 * Dessert from 7:00-9:00 * Amazing hot breakfast with rotating menu along with complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary’s in weekends *free decanter of cream sherry for your room The staff was amazing, welcoming and kind. I would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Wouldn’t choose anywhere else but here
Amazing customer service. The food was wonderful. Water pressure was impressive for an historic home. This place is quaint, full of things to do if you choose. Walking distance from the main area. Love it and will definitely come back.
