Soccer group
Very nice hotel. Clean even though it was at capacity. Breakfast was rough as many soccer and basketball teams were staying. Including us. Parking fee a bit steep at $17 a night. If you could find a space later in the evening

Great location to Disney, to Disney Springs and restaurants
Nice area. Great location. Lobby is fresh & updated. Stayed in a studio double suite - Well laid out space. Fridge, microwave & counter were great to store drinks and food. Plenty of space to spread out. Pool and hot tub were decent and there was a nice shaded area for those wanting to be out of the sun. Breakfast was plentiful for the family.

Look elsewhere
This place is packed. Long lines to check in. Key didn’t work twice. The rooms are very very dated. Not one USB port in the room. Stained carpets, and furniture. The rooms smell very musty. The staff seems a tad overwhelmed. They obviously don’t have enough staff. Pros: the location is good and you can walk easily to many restaurants and shops.

pooe service
Stay there from February 5-9, ask for room near main elevator, they assign me room far from the main entrance. I'm ada can't walk long distance, no bellhop service. They won't allow ubet eats or instacart delivery to room. Stayed at another Marriott hotel in Miami, they allowed them upstairs. Lake Buena Vista is much safer area then Miami.

Just as expected
I’m giving this 5 dots because it was exactly what we expected. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job keeping it that way throughout our stay. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was just as expected. Hotel might want to consider having an employee make the waffles because it is chaos and someone is going to get burned. This is a good hotel for kids up to age 10 or 11 years old. There were lots of kids swimming and playing. Bigger kids would take over the pool later in the day. We never used the shuttle because it didn’t seem terribly convenient. We ended up just using Uber to get back and forth to the parks. Side note - Disney is far better organized when it comes to shared rides as opposed to Universal Studios. Our room was a little smaller than we had thought and once you pull the bed, in the couch, out there is very little room to get around it. We would stay again but get a bigger room.
