Clean Room, Nice Pool
We stayed here for 1 night before a cruise. We wanted to be close to Disney Springs for some shopping since we were arriving early the day before boarding. I knew in advance that the beds were only a double, but the price was right and it was only 1 night. Queens would have been preferable. The room was a very nice size and the microwave/sink/fridge was handy. It was clean. We liked the toiletries. They smelled very nice and my hair felt smooth afterward. There was not a safe in the room, which I found odd. We always put our passports in it. There was NOT enough plugs or any USB ports for charging our devices or for my husband's CPAP machine. He ended up having to unplug the alarm clock in order to plug in his CPAP. I charged my kids' phones in the sink area. My girls really enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of loungers/chairs available for use to sit and watch them. The hot was utilized also. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The waffle makers had a line, but everything else was quick to get at and there was lots of variety. We paid to park our rental car, which I'm not a fan of, but a lot of hotels do it. There was a $5 resort fee that was apparently able to be used for the Disney Springs shuttle, or for food purchases. I didn't receive a voucher for it and I forgot about it, to be honest, until I got my final bill. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The price and location were right for us and I'd consider staying there again. Though preferably with bigger beds.

Nice one night stay
We needed a place for one night outside of Walt Disney World and we tried this place. We picked it because of location and price, both were very favorable. The staff was very pleasant, the accommodations were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Disappointing stay
I’m in the middle of a 5 night stay for a business conference and this hotel is such a disappointment. Not only is the hotel room very tired (the lobby has been updated), I have had several issues with my stay. When I first arrived the room had food all over the floor. The front desk promised a full hotel clean the next day, which they did. Now the thermostat in my room is broken and last night I slept with my jacket on. The free breakfast is marginal. They have the basic spread of eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, etc. The eggs and turkey sausage were really bad. I can’t have gluten so there was nothing else for me to eat - I ended up going to Walgreens and buying bananas since I didn’t see any fruit. The TV has a message encouraging you to use a remote on your phone - great idea! Then I got to the website and it requires a credit card. The hotel has shampoo, conditioner and body wash but doesn’t have lotion. It’s some of these little things that, when compiled together, just make the overall stay worse. Choose somewhere else to stay. I’m incredibly disappointed in this Marriott property

Awful stay and service.
Stayed here for 4 nights this past week and I have never been more disappointed in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To start I was told one price at booking and ended up paying 100.00 more at checkin for parking fees and some kind of maintenance fee that was never disclosed at booking you have to pay 17.00 a day to park to then leave and pay park parking because they supposedly offer a shuttle but it was booked all weekend and we couldn’t even access it when I asked the front desk gentleman why I was charged way over my booking price he said they have a right to charge me for incidentals and for parking and I said ok well I wasn’t aware I would be charged this he said to me “ well you have a car don’t you?” He was so rude wouldn’t even look up to speak to you just directly at the screen and very dismissive. Once I entered my room we noticed right away that one of the beds didn’t even have a mattress pad or sheet. We again went back to the front desk and the same front desk attendant started to argue with us over what a mattress pad was and said we were wrong and he sent someone to our room with bed sheets when we told them no we need a mattress pad the room attendant looked at the bed and took a picture of it and said we were correct and they would address management regarding the bed issue. Our bathroom sink had nats ! Tons of nats coming out of the faucet area it was disgusting and again nothing was done to fix the issue…. So overall we slept terrible the service was terrible and we had nats and I couldn’t even leave or change hotels because they took 670.00 out of my account and told me I wouldn’t even get that money back. It was a horrible experience and we dreaded going back to the room after being exhausted all day at the parks. Never again.

Nice sized rooms 👍terrible breakfast 👎
I just stayed here with my wife and 2 young boys. Nice size room and well appointed. Front desk staff and staff in breakfast weren’t friendly which was disappointing. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub which we enjoyed a couple of times. Breakfast included is terrible and dining room packed and chaotic every morning and food was very average. Hotel well located and only short walk to mall and restaurants. Not too far from Disney attractions and hotel has shuttle a couple of times a day but we found it added a fair bit of time onto our day and was never on time so the last couple of days we spent 10 or so dollars on an Uber which was much better and quicker. Would I stay here again……probably not.
