I had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff made me feel as though I was returning home, with their warm and welcoming attitude. Special mention to the manager, Mira and her team who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made my stay even more memorable. The rooms were simply wonderful—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in both the room and the common areas, which always felt fresh and inviting.

Great Service
We were greeted by Mackey who welcomed us and gave us terrific service. He made sure we felt special at the club with drinks and delicious foods. We will definitely be visiting the club again as everyone gave us great service and the food selection were outstanding.

더할나위 없는 선택, 다시올게요
I am not very accustomed to the culture of staying in such a wonderful 5-star hotel, but I visited with my parents to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Even before our arrival, the hotel promptly responded to my requests and addressed them perfectly. The Junior Suite I stayed in was well-suited for separating spaces, and my parents greatly enjoyed the large TV and access to Korean channels. From check-in to check-out, as well as during our time in the lounge, I received tremendous help from Macky and Kung. I sincerely thank them—they are the best hoteliers I have ever met. My parents also expressed their gratitude to them multiple times, saying they had a wonderful time. We had an extraordinary and luxurious experience in Bangkok, which was beyond what we could usually afford. Thank you to Sofitel and all the staff. ah, there are really great food in breakfast, especially much more in club milliesime! (한국분들, 무려 아침 스테이크가 가능합니다..!😄 수영장도 작다는 리뷰가 많은데 전투수영하기에도 충분한 크기였어요) Next time, I will make sure to visit with my significant other. Macky and Kung, I look forward to seeing you again then!

Amazing experience in Sofitel!!
I stayed at Sofitel from January 15th to 17th. It was a very satisfying stay with a great pool, 24-hour gym, nice breakfast, and a variety of drinks during happy hour. Of course, the room condition was the best. If I come to Bangkok again, I will definitely come back to Sofitel. In particular, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff including Macky Khaow, Gift, Nam, and Sun. I love Sofitel!!

Best accommodation in Bangkok!! Highly recommended!
I'm going to have the best experience I'll never experience again. All the employees are kind. Especially, Khaow, sindy, Macky are really, really kind. The lounge reception on the 31st floor was so good. The lounge food was also so good! Probably will come to Sofitel next time!!
