Caesar’s Reward get away 4 night stay. Great hotel with lots of amenities. Nice location to Riverwalk and downtown.
This was our first trip to Reno and we really enjoyed it. Lots to see at the 3 connected Casino hotels(The Row) and beautiful Riverwalk. We were impressed by an emphasis on public art in the downtown and Riverwalk area.

Very nice. And you can see I have reviewed hundreds of hotels.
Staying on "the strip" motivated me to pay more to stay here. I think it was worth it. The room was very nice. Of course the "resort fee" that tricks you into paying more is bad, and I thought they were going to ban that trick. Inside the hotel, you would not know you were not in a small piece of Vegas. People complained about the area, but it was better than I expected. Parking was tricky but one of the cocktail waitresses was kind enough to leave her post and show me how to get to the parkade while I was double parked outside.

Disappointing Experience for an Anniversary Stay
We stayed at the Silver Legacy Reno from December 19 through December 21 to celebrate our anniversary. While the room itself was fine, it did not feel worth the price we paid for an upgraded suite. The hotel was extremely crowded with teenagers and children due to what appeared to be a large wrestling tournament. While events happen, the property did not seem prepared to handle the volume of guests or manage the overall environment, which had a noticeable impact on our stay. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping service during our stay, and we requested service for the morning of our second day. We were out all morning and returned around 1:00 PM to find the room had not been serviced at all. When we called housekeeping, we were told they were on lunch. We then checked with the front desk, but instead of offering a solution, they shifted responsibility back to housekeeping. The lack of coordination between departments was frustrating and uncomfortable. After submitting a complaint through the Ivy 24/7 texting service, a manager called me back about an hour later. While the manager listened, they explained that housekeeping and the front desk operate separately and do not work closely together. That response was concerning for a resort of this size, especially one that is part of a three-property complex that includes Circus Circus and the Eldorado. On Friday night around 10:00 PM, we walked through all three connected properties. The Circus Circus food court was chaotic, with large groups of teenagers, at least one person passed out on the ground, and no visible security or staff managing the situation. It did not feel well supervised or safe. Both my partner and I have fond memories of visiting these properties in the past, including childhood visits and trips in my early twenties. Unfortunately, the overall experience has declined significantly. As an apology for the housekeeping issue, one night of the resort fee was waived. While that gesture was appreciated, it did not come close to making up for the experience, particularly given that this was an anniversary trip. We left disappointed and do not plan to return.

Main features paid for didn’t work and no comp
My husband and I did a get away as. Our Christmas present and picked Silver Legacy for their Player Suite so we could have the large soaking tub. Everything was great until at 10pm at night we discovered that the main reason that we booked the room, the large tub, would not plug as the plug was broken and last day we wanted to do is call maintenance at 10 o’clock at night or have to re pack our stuff and switch rooms on our special getaway. So we just let it be. The next morning at 6 AM. It was discovered that the coffee maker also did not work. When we went downstairs to talk to the front desk, they only were willing to compass the resort fee, which was maybe $40. So as much as we want to come back due to the overall vibe and amenities being good, the loyalty is lacking. A comped or half credit for a room for another stay would have been nice. If they reach out to make this right, then I’ll reconsider.
