Great location. Easy checkin process, great facilities. Many amenities. Great service. Very clean unit. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay at this location again. We enjoyed the weekend here with the kids.

Spacious 2-bedroom suite!
Very happy with the 2-bedroom suite we stayed in! Full kitchen equipped with all the cooking ware, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Very nice resort with a big heated salt water pool and two kids pools. Friendly staff made the stay extra enjoyable.

Great place-Pick it!
You will not be disappointed in the stay here. From the staff to your room screams excellent. The locations is also a plus. Nice “back roads to the place” to bypass busy traffic patterns on those busy moments. Take advantage of this great place!

We have stayed at Silver Lake over 6 times in the past 10 years. Every stay has been excellent... UNTIL this past one. Silver Lake has been sold to Capital Management and they say they have owned for 15 months and are upgrading the property. For the first time EVER, we found a roach skittering around the tub in our GOLD CROWN unit. We own RCI and were told that Silver Lake would not be in the RCI network anymore. Well, I told them I would really prefer to stay in a place that is at the very least almost as nice as my home... and I don't have roaches. ALSO, the in room phone did not work for the entire week even though my husband let them know on our 2nd of 7 days there. We had to use our cells to even get through to the front desk for a room clean. Used to LOVE it... not so much anymore.

road trip to Orlando
Resort was OK. Nothing special. Wish they had a restaurant on the property. Mold on the main shower ceiling along with Hot & Cold being opposite of what is marked. Security chain on main entrance door was installed backwards so it was useless. Beds were comfortable and place was clean.
