    Nice Resort

    Very nice resort right in the heart of Orlando and all the parks are near by. We have been coming to Florida almost every year for the last 20 years and this is a Resort I would stay at again in a heartbeat.

    Great stay

    I was nervous checking in on our RCI exchange after reading many negative reviews, but was happy to be pleasantly surprised! Easy check in and no hassle after refusing the time share tour. Our 2 bedroom unit was in building 800. It was spacious, modern and renovated. Yes, some furniture was chipped and ripped. Not horrible. The pools were wonderful and the planned activities were fun. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, some with live music. One negative experience we had was security banging on our door needing to enter our unit and exchanging our phone in the bedroom. We were never notified someone was coming. When I asked the front desk about this, I was told a letter was given to us at check in. We were never given it. Overall, I would come back and request to stay in building 800.

    Good things happening here

    Great location to the parks. We have stayed here before and this years unit was considerably smaller that the other. That was good and bad. The updates mention in my survey mostly living room furniture, kitchen appliances, small bath were okay but not anything to brag about. The place in whole is well maintained.

    Great location, rooms just ok

    Great location. Outdoor space is nice. Rooms are clean but shabby - thin walls and scratchy linens. Furniture had seen better days. Balcony was nice.

    Not worth it

    The room was extremely dusty, and filthy, the entire ac was covered in huge dust, so the door that closes it also was. They had extremely unclean carpet, you can smell it. The only clean thing in the unit was bathroom and bedroom.
