Mar 29, 2026Pure Magic at Si Como No in Manuel Antonio
We had a really special stay at Si Como No. The grounds are beautiful and clearly well cared for, but what stood out most was the people. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and kind. You can feel that they care, and it makes a difference. A special thank you - after flight cancellations we didn’t arrive until about 1:30 am. The staff had already placed snacks, orange juice, and smoothies in our room since we missed dinner. It was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was perfect for our family, comfortable and easy to settle into after long days out. The family pool was a huge hit, especially the swim-up bar and slide. Our daughter had an absolute blast and honestly did not want to leave. The location made everything easy. We were close to several beaches and could walk to plenty of great restaurants, which we appreciated more as the week went on. This was one of those trips you come home from already missing. We are grateful to the entire team for making our week what it was. Pura Vida 🤙🏻🇨🇷

Spectacular!
Honestly such an amazing experience with Si Como No!!! We were truly blown away with the service right from when we pulled into the parking lot. We showed up early at 11am and asked if they could hold our luggage which they had no problem with at all, let us spend the day at the pool along with the option of taking the bus down to the beach. Once our room was ready they came and got us from the pool and already had our luggage in the room! When we get to the room they had set up a travel playard set up with the bed all made and a cute baby pillow for our 1 year old! PLUS they had added a plastic mesh to the balcony bars so there was no chance of our little guy being able to fall off. The pool bar was great along with the slide for our older kid, he just wanted to stay in the pool all day! Breakfast was GREAT and the iced coffee!! The view was phenomenal and the staff were even better!! We got a call the night before check out asking if we were going to need assistance with our bags in the morning. We truly can’t thank this place enough for providing our family with the most wonderful stay!! We will definitely be back and will be recommending you to all our friends and family :)

Mar 15, 2026Disappointing Service and Unresolved Issue
I stayed at Si Como No Resort, Spa & Wildlife Refuge from February 19–22. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels. After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found. However, the jewelry items were never located and the hotel declined compensation after their investigation. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options and slow service. I had to get my own water despite waiters walking around refilling glasses. Given the high prices, the overall experience did not meet expectations. There are cleaner hotels in the area that offer better value. I would recommend exploring other options before booking here.

Si Como No! Was the Best Choice We Could Have Made for our Manuel Antonio Visit
I loved staying at Si Como No! We felt so safe and were centrally located. The grounds and the views were stunning and the staff were experts at hospitality. They made us feel cared for and really enhanced our trip!

Fantastic service during and after our trip during and after our stay
Our stay at Si Como No Resort & Wildlife Refuge was truly wonderful, but what made it exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk team was outstanding (brava Walkiria) always anticipating what we might need before we even asked, whether it was extra water, extra towels, or help arranging plans for the day. The maître d’ in the restaurant was equally impressive. On our final evening we had what turned out to be the best dinner of our entire three-week trip in Costa Rica. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made the entire experience feel special. What really sets Si Como No apart, however, is that their care didn’t end when our stay did. On our last day I unfortunately lost both of my hearing aids somewhere on the property. The staff immediately helped search and were able to recover one, but the other seemed gone. Three weeks later—after we had continued our travels—I received a message from the hotel saying they had found the second hearing aid. They went out of their way to coordinate with my rental car company so I could retrieve it at the end of our trip. That level of thoughtfulness and follow-through is truly above and beyond the call of duty. Bravo, Si Como No. We will remember your kindness as much as your beautiful setting.
