room ok, but way too noisy
Modern, clean room with good storage. Friendly staff. However, do not get a room facing north, towards the harbor, as they are extremely noisy. Trucks constantly blowing airhorns as a "hello" to other truckers, and many noisy airplanes departing the small airport adjacent. We arrived in a taxi at 10pm with a lot of luggage. No bellman at door or in the lobby. Checkin clerk did not ask if we needed help with luggage.

Don’t book this hotel read review first is a scam
This hotel is a cat fish worst hotel I ever visit the rooms are dirty the staff doesn’t care about the guess i strongly suggest reading the reviews first before booking it if I could course out in here I would also the menu sucks the food sucks the parking system sucks .

Insufficient personnel.
Be prepared to be able to carry out your own luggage. Had to carry it upon checking in and checking out despite the “Resort fee” imposed. Despite the front desk helpful assistance the only bell boy available at check out time initially refused to take out luggage despite being personally contacted.

Business and fun
I loved this hotel. Everyone was super professional and the location food and pool were amazing. The views were so beautiful. Very close to district 13. The shuttle was easy. Puerto Rico doesn’t have Lyft. Uber is the way to go. Taxis were obnoxious and easily double the price of Uber. I sprung for a balcony since this was a special trip for us and unfortunately they put us on the fifth floor which meant that we didn’t have a view of much other than the pool that was under construction. That was frustrating so make sure you ask for a higher floor if you wanna be able to look out and see things. The infinity pool was great, and it over and looked at the airport and so planes would take off and fly nearby, smaller planes. It was really cool. There were two things I didn’t really like about the trip, the first was the resort fee, and the credit and where you could use it. That was confusing. The other was that the concierge that I talked to was not helpful in the least. We had wanted to go to the bioluminescent bay, and it turns out the concierge never called on our behalf, and we missed out on being able to do that. That was very disappointing. But despite those two things, I found the hotel to be an ideal place to vacation and have a conference, and I really enjoy the sights and people of Puerto Rico.

Very nice and clean
I’ve never been to a Sheraton but as a Bonvoy member I’ve been to several Marriott brands. This Sheraton looks like it was recent remodeled. The room was modern and clean. We had an ocean view with was misleading as the online description says so but the Districto Tmobile building blocks the ocean. The 10th floor, our room floor, needs the elevator hallway vent checked, because as soon as you step off you get hit with a smell of old buildup humidity. The pool and gym were really nice and kept clean. Plenty of workout equipment, more than the average hotel, and plenty of pool seating
