A wonderful stay
My wife and I recently stayed at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel at Waikiki for six nights. We arrived early on the first day, as we were coming from a cruise, so we had to wait for our room to be ready. We left our luggage in the lobby. it was placed near the front desk and literally guarded. When we did check in, we were amazed to learn we were upgraded to a higher floor in the tower than we expected, and had a tremendous view of the coastline, and the inland environs. Our room was great, and we were surprised that it greeted us with folded swan towels, rose petals, some treats, and a card celebrating our 50th anniversary. We had some plans in place, but needed some help, so we went to the concierge, Kalani, for advice. He helped us book a number of activities including Star of Honolulu dinner cruise, Kualoa Ranch, Pearl Harbor, Iolani Palace, Hanauma Bay, and some others. Kalani always greeted us with a large smile, and always got us through our many questions. We felt he was genuinely interested in us having the best trip we could. The restaurant at the hotel was simple, but quite good, and the setting, by the swimming pool made it very relaxing. At nights there was live music at the bar, and it always added to the setting. Even though the hotel is pretty much surrounded by shopping, I always felt it was a haven from the crowds. Our whole experience was pretty great, but, probably for me, the best part of the Princess Kaiulani was the staff we met. Everyone we encountered, was kind, friendly, and always had time for a few words. We would be glad to stay there again.

Hotel stay
The Front desk attendant Celeste was very helpful and knowledgeable during our recent trip to Sheraton Princess Laiulani Waikiki Beach. The xperience was one to be remebred. There was various mentions of things to do around Waikiki Beach. The hotel room was very nice in the new tower and was one to be remembered. Celeste also was able to refere various sites to visit to make the stay enjoyable. This is a place that will be visted on my next trip to Waikiki Beach.

Overall Good Experience
I stayed in July 2025 for a week as a Titanium member. Like most resorts in Hawaii, the Bonvoy benefits were scant. The Sheraton does provide breakfast, and I've attached a menu and an image. The rooms were nice, views weren't too terrible. I didn't get any sort of upgrade, so my view was the wrong direction. The pool is nice and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Oahu Blessing!
My husband and I were fortunate enough to book our six night Oahu, Hawaii stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach Hotel. When we arrived we were early, and had to wait a bit. The hotel staff graciously helped keep our luggage while we waited for our room. Then we met the hotel concierge, Kalani, one of the best gifts of our visit. We sat down to talk to him about our wishes for our stay, and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and helped us book excursions, those being; Pearl Harbor, Parasailing with X-treme Parasailing, a day at Hanauma Bay for snorkeling and more. He suggested and help sign us up for some of the free hotel provided activities; Flower Leis, Ribbon Leis, Story Telling, Ukulele Lessons – there are several more but we did not have the time. The housekeeping staff was also amazing...somehow they found out that this was our 50th wedding anniversary trip and when we got to our room we found it decorated with towel swans and rose petals on the bed, along with some special Hawaiian treats. We were so surprised and delighted. The hotel is very close – 5 minute walk – from the beach, excellent restaurants and shops. And the tour bus stops are very close as well. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, we ate there several times...an amazing pork sandwich, nachos, and drinks. And every night they had a local talent playing music. We liked it very much...much more than canned music. The restaurant is located right by the pool, which provided a beautiful setting. That being said, looking back at our wonderful experience, our trip to Oahu, Hawaii would not have been the same without the hotel concierge Kalani, and our stay at the Princess Kaiulani.
