    Good Location and Friendly Staff

    We chose the Sheraton Coconut Beach because of the hotel being on the beach and centrally located on Kauai. We had thought of staying near Poipu Beach but decided to be on the middle of the island so we could drive south one day and north the other. We enjoyed the activities including the yoga, biking and walking next to the beach. I wish they had Pickleball, but otherwise there was a lot to do including pool tables and a fitness center. We enjoyed the breakfasts and sat in the hammocks and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would return to the Sheraton Coconut Beach.

    Came to walk the beach and ended up going here at the bar. It is so beautiful and Kyle made us feel like we should be part of the community at the Sheraton. We had a few too many drinks because they were delicious but made it back safely. Next time we come we will more than likely stay at the Sheraton! Thanks Kyle for your hospitality 🤙🏾

    Best service

    My husband and I visited this property 6 times in 2024. We keep coming back due to the extraordinary service by the folks who work there. From the minute we check in with Cedric or Lissa, we feel welcomed and cared for. Each morning Kimi meets us for breakfast, asking what adventure we’re going on today. Erwin seems to cover any area with joy. Each evening we enjoy music at the Crooked Surf with Morgan, Kyle, or Jeff providing the best service. (We are, however, very disappointed that Happy Hour was discontinued. There are Happy Hours nearby, but it would better if we could just sty on the property.) we’re returning soon for our first visit of 2025!

    Not what you pay for, treated poorly

    BUYER BEWARE you pay in advance, non refundable for an oceant front king bed which is guaranteed in writing but when you get there it is 2 queen beds. They are so sorry but they are oversold. They check you in a half hour late 4:30 (it keeps getting later) and give you credit which is nice but inadequate. The manager is offended by your outrage and offers nothing. Of course it is too late to be able to walk out so you are stuck. Wow, very disappointing, wouldn't recommend it.

    Kyle the bar tender

    Kyle is the best bar tender. On day one he gave us great advice on areas on the island!! Not to mention he is the friendliest guy at the bar!! Thanks Kyle for making our trip wonderful at the Sheraton!! Kyle is very knowledgeable about the property and the island.
