Yuk!
There is NO POSSIBLE WAY these reviews are real! This hotel is dated, dirty and the breakfast was horrible. I didn’t realize oatmeal and eggs could be so poorly cooked. The room was not clean and our “courtyard” view overlooks a number of air conditioning units. The furniture is dated and dirty. The carpets need cleaning - possibly replacing. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Just ok
The front desk woman who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all. She also did not give us the typical welcome bag even though we are members. Our room was fine except it didn’t look like it had been cleaned too well. The bag for the pull out bed was missing a bottom sheet and comforter. When we went to the desk to get a new one, two other people were doing the same thing because their rooms were missing it too. The breakfast was fine, but the serving area was a small, tight room.

Great hotel
Great hotel, except staff and service. I have been staying here for 8 weeks as my house is going through renovation. Of course, there are a few customers that will have a different experience. Konstantin, Justin and few others need a Special mention as they go all the way to make the guests feel at home.

Great hotel for family travel
This is a fantastic hotel - super clean, nice family pool, great hot breakfast, powerful shower, outdoor fire pit / lounge, hot cookies each afternoon, convenient location. What sets it even more apart is the kindness and excellence of the staff team - JJ, Carol, Melva, Naomi, Dana, Maham, Sara, and the leadership team. They all took such great care of us and I’m so grateful.

Rocky hotel stay in Rocky Hill CT.
We had an awful stay at this hotel last night. Here’s why. We arrived at 3:30 to check in. As we did they said I had reserved two rooms. I did not. A call to the Bonvoy elite desk took care of that. At check in we were told to enjoy our completely renovated room. Entered room 324 and put my backpack on the kitchen table almost fell over. Completely wobbly legs and unusable. We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the cemetery we had to go to today for a family funeral. As a lifetime Titanium Elite, they recognized us by putting us in a room facing a very busy intersection with18 wheelers going by ever minute or two all night. Hardly any sleep was possible. The room had no soundproofing and we could also hear and feel every step taken by the occupant in the room above us. Then came this morning’s breakfast. The buffet had one English muffin and some prepackaged sweet rolls. The hot breakfast had two chafing trays.one had about 4 spoonfuls of dried out scrambled eggs and a few slices of bacon. The second had three unidentifiable packaged egg preparations f some sort. The fruit choices were a few red delicious apples. Thankfully there was a repast after the funeral. I’ve spent over1,000 nights in Marriot properties and this was the worst one ever. If you want sleep and a basic breakfast please look elsewhere.
