Amazing Weekend Trip
My brother and I visited for the weekend to see a show and stayed at the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles. We got in earlier than expected and stopped by the hotel early to check in where we were greeted by Miguel at the front desk. He was just amazingly kind and helpful, getting us an early check in helping with anything we might need. All the staff I encountered were incredibly helpful and attentive with any problem we had. The hotel is next to great food and we had a great time. When it was time to check out Miguel was there for us again making check out easy and quick. Thank you Miguel and the wonderful housekeeping as well. Next time I come to visit LA, I’d come back here!

My Favorite Hotel As A College Commuter Student!
Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I have been staying here for over 1 1/2 years now while I commute to school and it has made my experience so much better. When walking into the hotel and being greeted by the staff to the easy checking in process. Not only is the hotel welcoming with the staff but when I am in my room I feel like I am at home. Every time I enter my room I feel at home and comfortable. My favorite part of the hotel is the Club Lounge. I got access to the club lounge around 1/2 a year ago and it has changed my experience of hotels forever. I love that I am greeted by Lupita and Miguel and they are always kind and there to help. I have been able to get work done in the lounge and most important enjoy a great snack after school or breakfast the next morning before class. I am also so happy the lounge just added the newest coffee machine because i am big on coffee! Overall I love the Sheraton Grand and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying.

Good Downtown Location
Booked a king bedded room for 5 nights direct with Sheraton. Check-in went quickly and we were given a room on the 17th floor. It was a nicely laid out room with counter space, luggage, racks, complimentary bottled water in the room daily, and very good Wi-Fi. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The fitness centre that we use of was very good. The room was impeccably, clean and housekeeping was excellent. The valet service was slow, dropping off the vehicle, but the fellows working in the Parkade when picking up the vehicle were very efficient. The negatives of the hotel/room was the air conditioning. We could cool the room, however, in the middle of the night it was as if the system was being overrode as the room warmed. This made for a warm room to sleep in. Another negative is the sink and tap in the bathroom. What design team thought it would be a good idea to place a short spotted tap with the water flow approximately 1 1/2 inches from the edge of the bowl to be a good idea is beyond me. It made washing hands very difficult. Also, I appreciated the Gilchrist and Soames amenities. However, the choice of “warm oak” is a very masculine scented choice. Great for men, not so much for women!! Valet parking is $54 a night plus tax, and there is a destination fee of $25 a day. It adds up.

Great for Large Group Stay
Allison and Nataly did a great job for reservations and operations for our large group. I also wanted to mention that Gladys Paz serviced our room Monday-Friday and did a SUPERB job. She is such a kind person and made sure it felt like we were at home.
